The Multi-research On Modern Chinese New Words

New words include the new words and new phrases by definition, specifically refers to the words and phrases which exist in the system has not been used widespread and well-known by the people. From the content, these words not only reflect the people's cognition for new things and new concepts, but also express people's further perception about the existed things. Language is the main communication tool of the society. With the social development, the changes of the language are adapted to the needs of the people's communication. As the most active and important part of the language system, vocabulary bear the key role of'express emotion'in the process of the communication. Thus, the changes in social life are the most directly reflected in the system of vocabulary, that is the appearance of a large number of new words and expressions. The production of new words and phrases, on the one hand reflects the progress of society, on the other hand ensure the communicative role of the language in society.At present, the research of the new words has yielded fruitful results, such as the publish of a large number of monographs and papers on new words research, the compilation of the new words dictionary and so on. At the same time, there are some inadequacies in the research of new words, mainly express the homogenization of the theoretical study, the lack of systematization and so on. In the paper, we do further explore about the new words on the basis of previous studies and think that the study of the language should serve teaching practice. Simultaneously, we summary the deficiencies of theoretical studies in teaching practice and promote the further research of theoretical research.The paper includes four parts, the first focuses on several basic issues in the study of new words, including the concept and definition of new words; the cause of new words; the production of new words; the origin of new words. The second part analyzes the words in Xinhua Dictionary of New Words from the structure, semantics and points out some changes of the new words in these aspects. The third part analyzes the new words from the pragmatics and the Europeanization phenomenon in the new words according to the indirect language contact theory and cognitive linguistics theory. The fourth part analyzes the role of the new words in the TCFL, while gives some suggestions for new words in the TCFL.
