The annotation of Classics is a phonetic book for fourteen classics like ZhouYi andLunYu.LaoZiYinYi is the 25th article of this book,it has great meaning for the collating and spreading of LzoZi.This article revolves around three points.First,it’s the version study of LaoZiYinYi.The version can be divided into three forms.The version collectingmany phonetic books.The version spreading with The annotation of classics.The versionattached to LaoZi.The third one also can be divided into two forms.One form is thewhole LaoZiYinYi attached to LaoZi,in the other one,LaoZiYinYi is scattered intoLaoZi.The second part is the collating of LaoZiYinYi."The collating of The annotationof classics",written by HuangZhuo,almost restored The annatation of classics,but,in mycollating,I also fund some mistakes.In this article,I will make further modifications on Huang’s foundation.And I will give a final correct version of LaoZiYinYi.In the processof collating,I also find that the Japanese version of LaoZiYinYi,written by NanZongYuHui,is based on Xu’s version,also absorbed other versions.The third part ofthis article,I discussed the content,trait and value of LaoZiYinYi.Because of different versions of LaoZi,LaoZiYinYi documented some Complete sentences of LaoZi.In thisway,not only preserved the relevant materials of "Lao zi" in the six dynasties of the hanand wei dynasties,and retained all the different contents of Lao zi,but also do thephonetic notation and explain the meanings of LaoZi in a time of linguisticsophistication.It is lowered the reading threshold of LaoZi,and the readers’ range of Laozi was broadened.Finally,it helped the spreading of LaoZi.
