Research On The Integrated Development Countermeasures Of Shanghai Manufacturing Industry And Creative Industry

Since the reform and opening up,after nearly 40 years of development,the manufacturing industry in Shanghai has completed its initial accumulation.However,at this stage,the overall manufacturing technology in Shanghai is still relatively weak and its competitiveness is not strong,the manufacturing industry in Shanghai is facing an urgent job of transformation and upgrading.Since the the early days of 21 st century,the creative industry in Shanghai has been gradually developed.Nowadays,Shanghai has become the most prosperous and the most vibrant city in the development of creative industries in China’s inland cities.However,the bottleneck of the development of creative industries in Shanghai is also becoming increasingly prominent.Industry convergence can cause ambiguous industrial boundaries,lead to changes in the industrial scale,industrial form,and enterprise organization,and eventually a new industrial form will be formed,the industrial performance will be enhanced and the industrial transformation and upgrading will be realized.Based on the above background and problems,this paper firstly reviews and summarizes the relevant literature on the integration and development of manufacturing industry and creative industries,and organizes and summarizes the relevant basic theories of industrial integration.Then,combining the background of industrial development and the industrial integration driving force,carrier,mechanism model,integration process,coupling mechanism,integration effect and other aspects of the manufacturing and creative industries integration and development mechanism;and then,useing SWOT and other qualitative analysis to research Shanghai manufacturing and creative industries(SAIC and Shanghai International Industrial Design Center)from the point of view of enterprise development strategy and value chain.This article uses the input-output method conduct a systematic analysis on the integration degree of manufacturing industry and creative industry in Shanghai and systematically analyzes the international environment,opportunities and dilemmas in the integration of manufacturing industry and creative industry.Then,based on the above analysis,setting up integration model of Manufacturing Industry and Creative Industries,using stochastic frontier production function method,correlation analysis and other quantitative analysis methods to study the industrial integration performance;Finally,based on the previous research content the author put forward many countermeasures from three levels: business,government and industry to promote the convergence of Shanghai’s manufacturing and creative industries.From the above research,it can be concluded that the improvement of industrial convergence has a positive effect on promoting the performance of Shanghai’s manufacturing industry.The integration of manufacturing and creative industries is the combination of technological innovation,market openness,market structure and so on.Shanghai must seize the opportunity of industrial restructuring,the government should give full play to the macro-guidance and regulatory functions.Enterprises should assume the main responsibility for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry so that manufacturing and creative industries in Shanghai can converge better and faster and eventually increase the manufacturing industry performance,and to achieve manufacturing transformation and upgrading.
