At the beginning of the 20th century, the development of Russian capitalism severely impacted Russia, and confrontation between the conservative and revolutionary parties took place.Faced with the reforms that touched the tsarist dictatorship, the "The Black-Hundred " belonging to the conservative political party began to enter the political stage in Russia. They insisted on the uniqueness of Russia and advocated the Orthodox Church, autocracy and people.Conservatives and revolutionaries have waged a fierce struggle around the development mechanism of Russia. The Russian government, particularly the Stolypin government, supported the idea of The Black-Hundred in defending the monarchy and social order, especially the privatization of land. Therefore,Stolypin considered them one of the pillars of reform. However,as the local self-government reforms unfolded, the interests of the chief aristocrats were severely weakened. The Black-Hundred resolutely opposed Stolypin's reliance on the rural bourgeoisie and the autonomy of ethnic minorities such as Poland and the Jews, resulting in a cabinet crisis. In 1911,The Black-Hundred fell into a division, and there emerged a controversy between the Russian people of Dubrovnik and the ultra-conservatives of the Union and the arch-Russian Mikhail Archangels. With the outbreak of World War ?,the conservatives once again participated in the struggle to preserve the Tsarist regime and once again emerged. With the defeat of the war,The Black-Hundred were again divided into divisions. The ultra-conservatives resolutely defended the autocratic system headed by the tsars and advocated the dissolution of the Duma. With the rise of the Progressive Alliance and the involvement of some parties of The Black-Hundred in the Progressive Alliance, the division of The Black-Hundred has deepened. After the outbreak of the February Revolution, with the collapse of the Tsar,The Black-Hundred withdrew from the stage of history. The rise and decline of The Black-Hundred provided experience and lessons for the integration of tradition and modernity.
