In recent years,our country has introduced a document on the decision of accelerating the development of modern professional education,which points out that we need to promote the integration of professional settings,professional curriculum and career standards.As the increasing fining of the social division of labor,the demand for talents of enterprises' career standards has shifted from skilled talents to integrated talents,which puts forward newer and higher requirements for secondary vocational school education with continued rapid development.Currently,secondary vocational schools have problems of monotonous modes of talent cultivation,incomplete curriculum settings,ambiguity of curriculum standards and sluggish updates of teaching contents.Therefore,secondary vocational schools must improve the quality of cultivating talented people through the educational reform and the building of standardized professional curriculum.Given the above considerations,combined with the author's teaching experiences in secondary vocational schools,practice researches of Picture and Image Design in secondary vocational school are well analyzed on the basis of the success in the professional education by using German's action-oriented teaching method.Under the groundwork of investigating action orientations both at home and abroad,the research,according to the teaching situation of Picture and Image Design in City Construction Technicians Ccollege of Guangdong Province,has proposed the designing principles based on the studying theory of action-oriented teaching method.And curriculum are restructured in the guidance of project orientation and the step-by-step designing thought.Furthermore,studying projects are refined from the post work and teaching activities are organized.Then,specific activities which is based on teaching units of Picture and Image Design course with the action-oriented teaching method will be implemented in specific classes.The research adopts methods of literature research,case study,correlation and field investigation.By analyzing the basic theory of the action-oriented teaching method,a theoretical foundation is provided for teachingdesigns.And this research has implemented teaching designs and practices in the course of Picture and Image Design according to the action-oriented teaching method.What's more,a teaching experiment is made by the two classes of advertisement design of 2016,which testifies teaching effects by implementing the action-oriented teaching method in Picture and Image Design.The results show that the action-oriented teaching method can stimulate the inner propel of students,foster students' enthusiasm on professional courses and cultivate their innovation and teamwork abilities on key posts.As last,the paper summarizes the research work and the research prospect gives a direction for the author's further study.
