A Study On The Changes Of Khotan River Since The Wei And Jin Dynasties

Khotan River originates in the Karakorum and Kunlun Mountains,one of the three major origins of the Tarim river.Is located in the Tarim Basin and the southern margin of the Taklimakan Desert,is the largest river in the north slope of the Kunlun Mountains,and the field of low-lying South High North,South Kunlun Mountains,and therefore Khotan River northward flow into the Tarim Basin,crossing the Taklimakan Desert,into the Tarim river.Today,environmental history research has become an important direction in the field of historical geography,so the changes of the Khotan River Basin history,study on the relationship between the various elements of the humanities environment changes and the historical period of the Khotan River Basin,can provide beneficial reference for the sustainable development of desert oasis.The thesis is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction,the reasons for the topic selection,the research status,the research methods,and the research purpose and significance.The second part mainly introduces the Khotan River,which is described in the historical materials of the Central Plains,and explains the natural and geographical features of the Khotan River basin before the Wei and Jin Dynasties,indicating that there has been a favorable condition for the development of agriculture and animal husbandry.The third part mainly studies the changes of the natural and geographical conditions of the Khotan River Basin since Wei Jin.At the same time,according to the abandoned time of the ancient ruins in the southern margin of the Tarim Basin,we find out the necessary links between the ruins of the ruins and the change of the Khotan River,which shows that the changes of the natural environment have influenced the changes of Wei Jin and the Khotan River to a certain extent.The fourth part,starting with the relationship between the Khotan and the Central Plains,shows that the Khotan River has been influenced by human activities in the historical period through the local social control,the economic development of agriculture and animal husbandry,the population contraction and the change of the traffic route.The shrunk of the Khotan River Basin.The fifth part analyses the changes of the Khotan River since the Wei and Jin Dynasties.It is considered that the basic laws of the changes in the Khotan River since the Wei and Jin Dynasties are the process of rational use-overuse-brief recovery-re destruction-difficult recovery-basin atrophy.The characteristics of the changes are related to the relationship between human and land relations and the coupling of human activities.Natural reasons for different periods of climate change,resulting in different periods of ancient oasis waste,aggravated desertification,making the Tarim River Basin disintegration,river flow shortening,downstream water reduction or disconnection,human reasons are manifested in different periods of irrational human activities and the destruction of long war.
