Since the establishment of the ritual view spread by James w.Carey,the cultural shift of communication research has opened wider imagination for scholars.The spread of this century ceremony after the concept was introduced into the domestic research direction can be divided into two kinds,one kind is through the foreign related works translated to James w.Carey thought theory explains,another kind is according to the specific examples of the analysis of the theory.In addition,the research on the expansion of the theory of communication rituals in the process of sinicization is not sufficient,especially in the study of cross-cultural communication in China's multiethnic background.In a historical point of view of social ideal state should be "meimei and" cultural community,spread at the same time in the play to maintain the social function of need from the culture of the individual differences to find commonness in shaping the common faith.In this paper,the author attempts to spread the concept of ritual culture study characteristic as the theoretical basis,with culture and different as the extension point,with diverse culture of harmonious co-prosperity for exploring the purpose,by means of wenxian county,gansu province iron floor ZiZhi Township baima Tibetan people elder brother "pool day" ceremony case of field investigation and literature research,points out that the traditional national culture in cross-cultural communication is symbolic of the facts and with common culture decompose the tendency of alienation,and the present national culture dissemination study relative to the "phenomenon" should focus on "meaning" urgently.
