A Study On The Expressive Methods Of Picture Narration In Wordless Picture Book Of Children

There is no text in the children’s picture book except for the title,or there is only a small amount of text in the picture that does not constitute a narrative.The entire book mainly relies on pictures to complete the narrative.Children’s non-character book "No word" is suitable for children of different ages.Whether they are pre-school children with limited literacy skills or school-age children who have literacy skills,they can complete self-reading and improve reading.Experience,improve the ability of imagination and figure thinking ability,but also can develop the ability to observe and enhance language skills,which is the significance of children’s free pictures to children reading.The play of children’s free-text book advantage is built on the basis of narrative coherence.If the narrative is incoherent and not smooth,children’s understanding will be difficult.According to the author’s actual investigation and research,some Wordless picture book of children are too leaping,and the plots are not related and do not have outstanding narrative effects.So how does a childless picture book complete a coherent narrative through pictures? what way are each picture connected?The article is divided into four chapters to study this issue.The first chapter gives an overview of children’s free pictures and picture narratives,and expounds the meaning of children’s free pictures on children’s reading.In the second chapter,through the market research and children’s experiment of reading the pictureless pictures,we found that there are problems in children’s picture book narrative.The third chapter,starting from the children’s needs,analyzes the performance elements,representation methods and expression methods of the picture narrative in children’s non-character pictures.The fourth chapter applies the theory to practice creation,sums up the shortcomings of the creative achievements,and draws on experience to provide creative ideas for the creators of childless picture books in the future.
