In order to study the relationship between the occupational psychological pressure,emotional labor,psychological capital and employee happiness variables of the civil servants at the basic level,this study explores the occupational psychological pressure of civil servants through two studies.In study 1 based on domestic and foreign existing studies,compiled a professional psychological pressure scale of civil servants,which has acceptable reliability and validity.In study 2 select civil servants in Fuzhou,Xiamen,Putian,zhangzhou and other regions in Fujian Province,and used the compiled civil servant occupational stress scale,Luthens’ “Psychological Capital Scale”,Diefendorff ’s “Emotional Labor Scale”and Zheng’s “Employee Well-Being Scale” as a measurement tool to explore the relationship between occupational psychological pressure,emotional labor,psychological capital,and employee well-being variables at the grassroots level.The results of this study are as follows:(1)The questionnaire on occupational psychological pressure of civil servants includes five dimensions: organizational climate,workload,interpersonal conflict,out-of-control feeling,and promotion pressure.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire are good,and the overall fit index is good.(2)The occupational psychological pressure of civil servants is generally at a medium level.The main sources of psychological pressure for civil servants are workload,organizational climate,out of control,promotion pressure and interpersonal conflict.There are significant differences in the occupational psychological pressure of civil servants in terms of age,position level,and working years.(3)The occupational psychological pressure of the civil servants has a negative predictive effect on employee well-being.There is a negative correlation between occupational psychological stress and psychological capital and spontaneous emotional labor.Employee well-being is positively correlated with spontaneous emotional labor and psychological capital.Spontaneous emotional labor and psychological capital play multiple intermediary roles in the influence of occupational psychological pressure on the well-being of civil servants. |
