With the rapidly development of society and the fierce competition in professional,civil servants are facing more and more pressure and challenge.As the managers of social public resources,civil servants,psychological capital and career success directly affect the entire social progress and construction of the ruling.So the state of civil servants,psychological capital and career success aroused people,s great attention.However,how to improve the civil servants' psychological capital and career success is a problem worth exploring in modern society.By reviewing past research literature related to career success we can find that the study of enterprise leadership,and employee,career success is relatively much more,but the relevant theoretical and empirical study of civil servants,career success are numbered,especially the research about the relation between civil servant's psychological capital and career success.In order to rich and colorful the domestic research results about the relationship between civil servants,career success and psychological capital,this research through the way of random sampling to dole out 430 questionnaires to national civil servants and recycling effective questionnaire 367 copies.This research carried on the thorough discussion to civil servants' psychological capital,career success,professional commitment and proactive personality according to the methods of exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,fail-safe analysis,independent-samples T test,one-way analysis of variance,multiple regression analysis and Bootstrap.The research results of this study are as follows:(1)There are significant differences between civil servants' psychological capital,career success,professional commitment and proactive personality on the part of the demographic variables.(2)There are all significant positive correlation between civil servants' psychological capital,career success,professional commitment and proactive personality,and psychological capital can significantly positively predict career success.(3)Civil servants,career commitment plays a partial intermediary role between the influence of the psychological capital of career success.That is to say,between the psychological capital,professional commitment and career success we can form a partial mediation model.(4)Civil servants' proactive personality plays a moderating role in the mediation model that is composition of the psychological capital,professional commitment and career success.It is moderate the direct path and the second half of the path of the model.(5)Civil servants,psychological capital,career success,professional commitment and proactive personality can constitute a moderating intermediary model.
