Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Chinese Family Endowment From The Perspective Of Filial Piety

Under the background of "homogeneity" in Chinese Traditional Society,the social system is the family system,the family as the basic production unit and the consumption unit,the production means and the means of subsistence are owned by the family,controlled by the parents,the individual survival and life depend on the family.At that time,the dominant Confucian ethic thought was to a great extent the rationality of the family system,which played an important role in the stability of the family system.Nowadays,the economic transformation of our country has brought about great changes in family relations and even the whole social relations.As far as family is concerned,family structure tends to be miniaturized,relations between family members are equal.With the change of family structure and the increasing infiltration of Western values,filial piety and family virtues are experiencing unprecedented impact,and the loss of filial piety is serious,which aggravates the severity of the endowment problem to some extent.Family is the cell of society,the stability of the family is directly related to the stability of the society,and the security is an important aspect of social stability.In China,the family pension is still an important form of old-age pension,the responsibility for the implementation of family pension depends on the family members,mainly the children of the elderly care,and the child can fulfill the obligation to the pension to a certain extent with the child's filial piety awareness.Therefore,in the severe situation of China's aging society and the weakening of the family's old-age function,this paper expounds the traditional family structure characteristics,the connotation and characteristics of filial piety and the value of traditional family endowment,and analyzes the impact of Chinese family structure change on ethic filial piety and endowment problems.This paper points out the necessity of the modern transformation of the traditional filial piety concept,puts forward the methods and measures of socialist filial piety construction in the new period,in order to reshape and strengthen the filial piety concept of children,and to enhance their self-consciousness to fulfill the obligation of supporting the elderly,so it is beneficial to solve the problem of contemporary Chinese family endowment,and realize the harmonious society with happy and the old.This article consists of the following four sections:The first part is the introduction and the current research situation at home and abroad: the main purpose is to summarize the literature related to this thesiscomprehensively and master the current research situation at home and abroad,and analyze the research background of this topic.This paper points out the innovation and practical significance of the topic,and summarizes it,finally combs the basic argumentation ideas of this paper,and presents its core content and new viewpoints,as well as the research methods briefly.The second part mainly is the traditional family structure characteristic and the filial piety connotation,characteristics and the value of traditional family pension: the background of the traditional home country,"filial piety" as the first bade,its main content contains: support for the elderly,respect parents,paternity disease,filial piety,parents sacrifice five major aspects,on the basis of grasping the connotation and characteristics of filial piety,this paper gives a brief account of the characteristics of traditional family endowment development in China.Then the traditional filial piety on the family pension model value of the in-depth analysis.The third part of the family structure changes and the impact on the traditional filial piety,as well as the resulting pension problems: with the social transformation,people's dependence on blood kinship greatly decreased,the family structure tends to hollow,empty nest,some people of filial piety has exacerbated the seriousness of the problem of pension.Based on the actual data,this paper analyzes the changes of family structure and predicts its development trend,then analyzes the impact of the ethical filial piety on various aspects,and finally,from the typical cases,reveals the impact of filial piety crisis on the family endowment problem.The forth part puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of family endowment from the ethical point of view.This paper begins with the current traditional and non-traditional endowment mode in China,this paper points out the future development prospect of family community endowment service system,in which family endowment is still in the dominant position for a long time,secondly,it explains the basic demands of the family endowment for filial piety,transforms the old-age ethic concept,constructs the Wisdom Filial Piety service mode,strengthens the “medical-nourishing-protecting” policy guarantee,to help the filial piety consciousness' s localization,finally elaborated the innovation to carry on the socialism filial piety construction which has the Chinese characteristic the rationality and the implementation plan,enhances the child to fulfill the filial duty responsibility and the consciousness effectively,as a spiritual support to get out of the dilemma of family endowment.
