Abstract/Summary:
This article tries to explore the implicit costs of "invisible" existing in film and video production through the analysis of some major hidden costs and the analysis of movie production mode at present,and discusses the corresponding defects in the production of film and television production,Specific measures to optimize the modernization of film and television production mode,and then more reasonable control hidden costs that may arise.After analyzing the general situation of the production mode in the mainstream production areas of the world movie industry(such as the United States and other film powers),the paper revisits the management mechanism of China’s movie industry and considers what kind of production mode is more suitable for the development of the current and future Chinese films demand.After witnessing the failures and successes of our predecessors,what should a new generation of filmmakers stand to examine China’s current movie project management rules.Revered? Keep thinking? Or reflection? After a series of struggles,do we need to optimize and improve the existing film industry management mechanism? The answer is yes.By analyzing and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of several production modes,this paper explores how to minimize the cost of film production and maximize the cost-effectiveness,boldly puts forward the hidden costs that are easily neglected in the process of film and television production,The cost,the form and the influence of the sex cost appeared in the process of film production and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.The paper proposes the establishment of "modern enterprise system" type film production management mode,the scientific management of movie production and sales,Management mechanism for further optimization.
