Culture media industry in order to gain the advantage in the competition will continue to meet the growing diversification of consumer demand, so the procurement of materials is particularly important. At present, many cultural media companies are in the reform of the procurement management, but did not reach a consistent management. If the procurement of materials in the procurement cost to be scientific management, it can make the company’s operations and development in the fierce competition in the market environment to gain an advantage. At present, although many cultural media companies are committed to the change in the cost of procurement, but did not achieve significant results, is still in the primary level.In this paper, combined with the current domestic and international cultural industry in the procurement cost control and the development of the Y culture communication company’s own actual situation, not only to build the control system of the purchasing cost, this article discusses the research on cost control, to control the cost basis, based on AHP weight to effective evaluation index project of Y company procurement are analyzed, according to the results, some suggestions to control the purchase cost of cultural media industry. |
