A Study On The Revision Of Interpretation Of The Seventh Edition Of The Modern Chinese Dictionary

With the rapid development of society,great changes in social economy have had a great impact on language.The modern Chinese dictionary,as the most authoritative normative Chinese dictionary at present,is compiled on the basis of the theoretical achievements of advanced linguistics and lexicography at home and abroad.The 7th edition of the Modern Chinese dictionary was officially released in 2016.Add new meaning nearly 100 items,the interpretation of more than 700 words,examples and so made amendments.This paper takes the meaning,interpretation content and examples of the 7th edition of the Modern Chinese dictionary as the object of study,and makes a contrastive analysis of the changes of the meanings,definitions and examples in the 6th edition as the reference.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,from three aspects of the meaning of the revision,revision and explanation of the interpretation mark to discuss amendments.Through the comparative analysis,to explore the changes of "modern Chinese Dictionary" in the seventh edition of meaning and the meaning of annotation,discussion of the"modern Chinese Dictionary",seventh edition in the interpretation of the progress and shortcomings,hope to provide some suggestions in the "modern Chinese Dictionary"compilation work,this paper is divided into 6 chapters.The introduction introduces the status and version of the seventh edition of the modern Chinese dictionary,and explains the research content and significance,research status and research methods of this topic.The second chapter,aiming at the modification of the meanings in the seventh edition of the modern Chinese dictionary,mainly discusses the increase and deletion of sense items and the merger and separation of meanings,and analyzes the causes and the ways of their changes.According to statistics,the seventh edition of "modern Chinese Dictionary" compared to the sixth edition adds new meanings to nearly 70,delete 3 items of senses,Detach 8 Senses,Combine 2 entries,Including merging of lexical items and merging of lexical meanings.The third chapter,Update on the Paraphrase of the 7th edition of the current Han,discuss the content changes in each of the meaning of the definition,including adding new content on the basis of the original interpretation,The enlargement and reduction of the meaning content because of the addition or deletion of the terms of interpretation,Update interpretation Content and adjust the accuracy of annotations because of the old meaning.The fourth chapter discuss the modification of the annotation of the interpretation.The annotation of part of speech,modification of the parentheses,the Adjustment of<dialect words><Oral words><Written words>and distribution cases of modification etc..The fifth chapter mainly summarizes the new features and shortcomings appearing in the revision process of the seventh edition of modern Han,and puts forward Comments and Suggestions for the revision of the current Han Dynasty.The sixth chapter makes a summary of this article,and puts forward the shortcomings of this article.
