| Imagery training as a gentle yet powerful psychological treatment techniques,it to people increasingly focus on physical and mental health and quality of life,and suffered the pain of the role of physical and mental symptoms is worth in-depth study.In this study,a systematic study of imagery training was carried out with the combination of questionnaire and laboratory experiment.Specifically,the study to imagine experience questionnaire for assessment tools,select high group and the low group,and randomly assigned to the experimental group and control group,experimental group participants eight-week imagery training and the control group does not accept any imagery training related training contents,imagery training on individual physical and mental health,quality of survival,pain intensity,and the function of coping styles.According to the findings above,the author makes the following conclusions:(1)To imagine the measured experience pain,physical and mental health,life quality,experience and coping strategy score of correlation analysis,the results showed that the palm of your hand pain scores and inner pain score was significantly positively related,and negative coping strategy score was significantly positively related;There was a significant negative correlation between internal pain score and negative coping strategy.There was a significant negative correlation between mental health and survival quality.There was no significant correlation between the other variables.(2)The effect of imagery training on imagination experience: the group’s main effect significantly,the experimental group subjects were measured after imagine experience score is significantly higher than the control group subjects,shows that imagery training effective improve the level of the individual experience of imagination;Group interaction and imagination experience level,low imagined experience in experimental subjects after eight weeks of training in the intervention effect of imagination experience was superior to that of high imagine experience of the experimental group subjects;(3)The effect of imagery training on physical health: the main effect of the group was significantly different in the habit dimension,and the score of the experimental group in the habit dimension was significantly lower than that of the control group,indicating that imagery training could improve the health problems that the individual might have in the habit.There was no significant difference in total body health score and other dimensions;Category and imagination experience levels in the nervous system and dimensions in the interaction of the significant fatigue,high imagined experience in experimental subjects after eight weeks of training in the nervous system and low interference effect is significantly better than imagination in fatigue experimental subjects;Category and imagination experience levels in healthy score and other dimensions of interaction was not significant,showed that different imagined experience level of the individual after eight weeks of training in health and other dimensions of intervention effect is the same;Comparison on difference between experimental group and control group before and after the test,according to the results of the experimental group subjects in fatigue,habits,and physical health changes in the total score were significantly greater than the control group,showed that imagery training can also improve the individual to a certain extent of fatigue and physical health;(4)The effect of imagery training on mental health: the main effect of the group was not significant on the total score of mental health and the differences in each dimension,indicating that the eight weeks’ imagery training had no significant effect on the psychological health of the subjects and the effect of intervention on each dimension;Category and imagination experience level mental health scores and the interaction of the various dimensions were not significant,showed that different imagined experience level of the individual after eight weeks of training intervention effect on mental health and each dimension is consistent;Comparison on difference between experimental group and control group before and after the test,according to the results of the experimental group and control group in mental health scores and changes in all dimensions were significantly greater than the control group subjects,and suggests that imagery training to a certain extent,can also improve the mental health of individuals;(5)The effect of imagery training on the quality of life: the main effect of the group was significantly different in the field of psychology,social relationship and survival quality,and the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group in the post-test psychological field,social relationship score and survival quality score,indicating that imagery training could improve the individual’s quality of life.Group and imagination experience level in quality of life and the dimension and the interaction of the difference was not significant,showed that different imagined experience level of the individual after eight weeks of training intervention effect on quality of life is the same;Comparison on difference between experimental group and control group before and after the test,according to the results of the experimental group in in addition to the environment,the quality of life scores and changes in other dimensions were significantly greater than the control group,showed that imagery training to a certain extent,can improve the quality of life of the individual;(6)The effect of imagery training on pain experience: the difference between the main effect of the group and the pain in the palm was not significant,indicating that the eight weeks’ imagery training had no significant effect on the pain experience.Category and imagination experience levels in the palm of your hand,there is no significant interaction on the pain and bitterness,show different imagined experience level of the individual after eight weeks of training intervention effect on pain experience is consistent;In experimental group compared with control group difference before and after the test,according to the results of the experimental group in the palm of your hand pain and bitterness of change were significantly greater than the control group,showed that imagery training may reduce the pain of individual experience to a certain extent;(7)The effect of imagery training on pain coping strategies: the main effect of the group was significant in the sum of active coping strategies and reinterpretation,distraction,self-encouragement,neglect,and the main effect of disaster.The experimental group was significantly higher than the control group in the total and reinterpretation,distraction,self-encouragement and neglect,and the latter was significantly lower than the control group,indicating that imagery training significantly increased the use frequency of the individual to the active coping strategies,and reduced the frequency of negative coping strategies.Category and imagination experience levels in positive coping strategies and interactions in different dimensions,the disaster were not significant,showed that different imagined experience level of the individual after eight weeks of training intervention effect on pain coping strategies are consistent. |
