The Study Of The Development Of Xi'an Qu Jiang Meriton Cultural Development Company For Children's Theater Under The Intercultural Perspective

With the development of national comprehensive economy,the intercultural communication and cross-cultural interactions between various countries and regions among the world has been increasingly frequent.To achieve a great intercultural communication,it is vital to understand the characteristics of the different cultural concepts,use play as the text carrier and learn from cultural diversity and value systems.Excellent play should be measured in three ways.Firstly,it has diversified styles and individualistic expression.Secondly,a good play would cultivate children's humanistic values in an imperceptibly way during the performance.This thesis is aiming to the object of the company which indicates their cross-cultural characteristics called Xi'an Qu Jiang Meriton Cultural Development Company for Children's Theater.(hereinafter to be referred as "Meriton").From the perspective of cross-cultural interactions,Meriton is one of the best examples in Xi 'an as it has a tons of creative staffs and good quality of the play performance.Most importantly,it has achieved some positive outcomes and experiences as a carrier for children's play in the cross-cultural aspects of drama creation.Combining the cross-cultural developments,achievements and experiences in the academic circles,to the further investigation,analysis and research of Meriton obtained by the author,this thesis explores the features of the children's play from the cross-cultural aspects created by Meriton.The purpose is to borrow experiences from the development of children's play in the cross-cultural perspective,at the same time,aiming at the existing problem of children's play creation.Finally to analyze the core problem and provide effective suggestions for future development of Meriton.The first chapter of the thesis is a summary of children's play from cross-culture perspective and it mainly describes the cross-culture,cross-culture plays as well as the circumstance of Xi'an Meriton Children's plays under the cross-culture point of view.In the second chapter,it illustrates the general development of Meriton children's plays under cross-culture view and also analyses the creation of children's play,including the cross-culture background of the authors,the characteristics of the cross-culture as well as the outcomes and experience from developing the children's play in the aspect of cross-culture.The problems and the corresponding reasons of children's plays created by Meriton during developing are alluded in the third chapter.According to these mentioned problems,some reasonable opinions on the developing tactics of children's plays created by Meriton under cross-culture perspective are proposed in the fourth chapter.
