Research On The National Volunteer Service Group In Chengdu During 1945-1949

Chengdu Municipal Voluntary Service Corps is the organization of the Government of Chengdu in the Republic of China to manage the national voluntary labor.In the 20 th century century,the modern meaning of voluntary labor in many countries,making national voluntary labor is a universal modern national service of a way.December 4,1943,the National Government promulgated the Act on National Voluntary Labor,the National Voluntary service in the form of the law,in accordance with the original autonomous units to organize the National Volunteer Corps to manage local voluntary work.1944,the national government will promote voluntary labor and organize voluntary Service Corps as one of the annual center.March 7,1946 Chengdu Municipal Government organized the Chengdu Municipal National Voluntary Service Corps.Chengdu Municipal Voluntary Service Corps has a more systematic organization and management system,the main work is voluntary recruitment,collection of labor,voluntary propaganda,the construction of urban roads,sparse Gold River Royal River,tree planting,clean up the urban garbage and so on.On the whole,the conclusion that the National Voluntary Service Corps of Chengdu has played a certain role in local construction,but has not achieved the expected goal,has a certain reference meaning for today’s social voluntary work.
