In recent years,the service-oriented direction of government construction in China has been strengthened.With the continuous improvement of domestic government service quality,local governments have also set up corresponding government service centers or other administrative service centers.All kinds of reforms are carried out in full swing,with the purpose of providing better quality services to the social masses.For the government,government service is essentially a relational work content,and the cultivation of image subjects serving the people at the window is also a part of the work.Therefore,the window service personnel also represent the image and credibility of the service-oriented government.And the window workers have to pay their own labor in the service process,but this kind of government service labor is not paid attention to by the social masses and the government management.Based on this,I will by understanding guy scholars "emotional labor in public service," the basis of relevant theories,A district government affairs service center of chengdu as case study object of this article,through interviews,visits and other forms to dig out the government affairs window emotional labor service personnel in the service process and adjust strategies to cope with the situation,Analyze whether there are feasible emotional labor strategies in the service process,further strengthen the service quality of window service personnel,and improve the government’s credibility in the society.Window work requires window workers to have a certain degree of interaction with the social masses,so the quality of emotional labor of window service workers represents the difficulty of government job requirements.At the macro level,studying and analyzing the coping methods and measures of window workers in emotional labor is more conducive to improving government credibility and enhancing the work efficiency of window workers.Microscopic level,emotional labor height will affect the quality of government service window staff work quality and service level,good emotional labor can allow for the ascent of the social masses impression of the government,but also can promote the window service personnel to the work of a sense of pride,bad emotional labor can reduce social the public to the government’s expectations,Further increase the distance between the government and the people.Therefore,it is necessary to put forward measures to improve the emotional labor of window workers.In this paper,the study found that window staff by the influence of emotional labor is mainly manifested in the job requirements and service environment to mention personal adjust level,therefore,I am in the subsequent steps,put forward for improving the window staff performance appraisal system and compensation arrangement plan,help the government better implementation "door into,face good-looking,right",Continue to provide high quality services for the public and improve the social image of the government. |
