With the change and development of the society,the external environment requirements faced by the students are becoming increasingly advanced,which makes the college students are suffering serious psychological pressure.Because of the heavy psychological pressure,the campus frequently appeared extreme events,which make the public look to this overvalued elite groups,so explore a effective way to alleviate their psychological pressure,take a effective measure to prevent the occurrence of such events,it’s not only an important task to promote college students’ mental health,but also a problem worthy the whole society for further discuss.Group integrated sandplay therapy as a comprehensive and brand new psychological counseling technique,which still maintain the silence accompany,choice and share their sand toys freely,but more emphasis the integration of technology and group restrictive rules,it can help the visitors by creating and sharing sandplay works to express self subconscious,and make their unconsciously things have explicit and specific expressed,so as to achieve self understanding,self expression,and to release their mental pressure.This research through the survey of College Students’ psychological stress questionnaire.180 college students are distributed,select the 27% relatively 10 high scores of college students as subjects;and 5 of them accept the group sandplay intervention,another 5 people as the nature growth group.after the sandplay therapy intervention,those subjects were asked to fill the questionnaire again,by comparing the quantitative indicators and qualitative indicators,to explore and verify the function and effect of group integrated sandplay therapy in reducing college students’ mental pressure.The research results are as follows:(1)through the subjects’ questionnaire statistics before and after the intervention,the results showed that for the experimental sandplay therapy intervention,the scores of their subjects’ overall total pressure and the 11 dimensions of pressures are significantly decreased,which shows that the Group Integrated Sandplay Therapy can effectively alleviate the mental stress of college students,and can improve the ability to cope with pressure effectively.(2)the Sandplay themes,moving and using sand,the integration of the work and group members active,from the making and sharing process,group members improve their self understanding and acceptance,learn the skills and methods to handle the pressure from group support,the self assessment,others reflect,consultant observation showed that Group Integrated Sandplay Therapy can effectively alleviate the college students’ mental stress...
