The Development And Thinking About The Team Operation Of Performing Studio

At the moment of the rapid development of the market economy,dramatic changes have also taken place in the performance market and the performance organizations and teams with different organizational patterns have been developing continuously.The new performance team formed an upsurge for the uniqueness and strong plasticity of its development,in which work studio team as a new concept of market performance in professional,personalized,branding,the team started construction and gradually perfecting.Taking performing arts studios as research objectives,the paper uses the literature research method,the field investigation method and the case study method to discuss from the four major parts.In the first chapter,I explain and analyze the relevant basic concepts involved in this article,and discuss the team as well as the team of the studio.In the second chapter,through the PEST analysis model,it discusses the development environment of the current performing arts studio,and also summarizes and analyzes the current situation and related characteristics.In the third chapter,through actual investigation,it expounded and demonstrated the studio team’s construction and personnel management responsibilities.Based on interviews with studio team members and the author’s thoughts on the performing arts studio team,it analyzes the current issues of performing arts studios.Finally,in the fourth chapter,I study the selforganizing theory and self-organizing team,analyze the feasibility of the selforganizing of the studio team,and conduct an innovative exploration of the selforganization and management of the studio team based on this.Through the analysis,I believe that for the Performing Arts Studio team,its team building and operation can learn from the self-organizing mode,and make more effective management to promote the development of its team.Meanwhile,as the performing arts studio team is still in its infancy,it is hoped that provide relevant opinions for team managers through research,and strive to make the Performing Arts Studio team improve their operation management,so as to better promote the development of the entertainment market.
