A Report On C-E Simulated CI Of The Speech "Construction Of E-Commerce Team"

With the development of the e-commerce industry,the team problem has become increasingly prominent.This report is a practice report on the simulation of the C-E CI of the speech by the Director of eBay on the Construction of E-Commerce Team.Combining interpretation with the e-commerce,the report shows the e-commerce industrial characteristics in the form of interpretation.At the same time interpretation performance is showed by the contents of e-commerce.Many scholars both at home and abroad have conducted a number research in the field of theoretical research of the interpretation,but few research is combined with dynamic interpretation RDA theory.Based on interpreting dynamic RDA model,the author finds 5 problems,including over-load cognitive memory,lack of logic,information loss,inappropriate sense groups and inaccurate figure interpretation.The study then finds some solutions to the problems-relevance,adaptation,deverbalization,the sense group based on analysis and the scale group unit division.Finally,the author integrates text materials and combining them with the related theory of consecutive interpretation.Considering the e-commerce industry as a starting point,the author can do a better interpretation training and summarize in practice.In the end,the report can reach the school's requirements for combining the major with skills in the professional talent training scheme.
