| During the new deal of the Late Qing Dynasty,Zhili Hall in Turpan established a modern school education system and management system,which is the modern transformation of local education.The shortage of financial resources,cultural differences,poor school management,education corruption and the frequent replacement of Cheif Executive have seriously hampered the development of new education,among which the shortage of financial resources is the most prominent.Lack of funding has limited the increase in the number of schools and their expansion.Local officials and gentlemen made significant contributions to the financing of the school.New education has had a major impact on local society.New education laid the foundation for the development of local education during the Republic of China and promoted the rise of private schools.The new type of education is conducive to the reform of the basic management system,the establishment of a modern police system,and the training of military personnel.The apprentice school delivered the idea of saving the country through the industry,and taught students textile and bombing techniques based on the actual situation of the local cotton production.It promoted the development of the Turpan textile industry;the Industrial School opened agricultural courses,and the agricultural and forestry experimental sites promoted advanced technology.It is conducive to the development of Turpan agriculture. |
