Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism are the important parts of traditional Chinese culture, which shape the national character and national spirit of the Chinese people, and become the core thoughts of thinking about the life of the universe. In its course of development,Taoism constantly promoted the simultaneous development of its own ideological connotation and society, and formed a system of ideology with "Tao" as the origin and highest belief. The ideas of "rebirth" and "noble life" in Taoist theory expresses the ultimate concern of Taoism to life and believe that people can achieve the perfect state of immortality through the realization and backtracking of the Tao of the original universe. In pursuit of this goal,Taoism proposed a series of ideological theories and practices. In the course of the development of Taoism's theories and methods. Many well-known representatives emerged, such as Ge Hong,Kou Qianzhi,Lu Jingxiu,Tao Hongjing,Sun Sijian,Chen Tuan,Zhang Jixian and Wang Chongyang.Zhang Yuchu of the early Ming Dynasty is also an outstanding Taoist figure.Zhang Yuchu was the 43 nd generation of Zhang Tianshi. He is not only a leader of the Ching school but also a Taoist heir. His theory had a great influence on the thoughts of the early Ming and later generations. The specific content of this article is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces Zhang Yuchu's life story.By combing zhang yuchu's life story, this paper sorted out the social, family and self reasons for the formation of zhang yuchu's thought, and made it clear that the social background of zhang yuchu's thought was "the integration of three religions".Zhang Yuchu deeds showed his life's trajectory, shows his deep thinking of social problems and reflections on life issues, this article tries to tease out its inner thoughts of philosophy of life. The second chapter elaborates zhang yuchu's theory of tao.He inherited the original thought of Lao zhuang's Taoism, believing that "tao" is the origin of the universe.Zhang Yuchu discusses his thought of Taoism from two aspects, the transverse ontology thought "taixu",longitudinal generated aspects "too extremely",thus the origin of the universe and associated with primitive, laid the foundation of ontological thought for it.The third chapter discusses zhang yuchu's thought of mind.In this section,he proposed the idea of "heart is tai chi" and "mind is the unity of nature" in order to explain how the origin of the universe and the origin of man are the same."Heart is tai chi" discusses that the essence of all things is to show the "heart" of all human life, indicating that the moral life contained in human natural life can be integrated with the tao.Shao yong's theory of innate mind and lu jiuyuan's theory of "heart is truth" are merged into the theory of "heart is tai chi".On the basis of "heart for Tai Chi","heart tradition" continues to discuss the essence of the original heart is to promote the growth of self and the freedom of all things,so in the process of discussion,it is inevitable to discuss the relationship between human nature and its nature, love and so on.The fourth chapter expounds Zhang Yuchu's cultivation theory.Based on the inheritance of orthodox oneness sect's Fu-lu practice,Zhang Yuchu incorporated the cultivation ideas of schools such as Qing Wei School and Xiao Xiao School and put forward the cultivation theory of "cultivating inside and out of use" and "double cultivation of life".Zhang Yuchu believed that both sexuality and life skills should be practiced, both of which are fundamental to practice.Taoism is the external law of life practice, which is the external manifestation of internal cultivation.Under the guidance of his cultivation theory,he proposed methods of cultivation, such as reading classical books and practicing refined aura. The fifth chapter discusses Zhang Yuchu's theory of value ideal. On the basis of arranging the Taoist traditional immortal beliefs,we can sort out Zhang Yuchu's idea of the ideal of life value.Zhang Yuchu believes that the human nature is the same as that of the Tao,and the life of man is the material basis of all acts. Therefore, human life is precious, embodying the values of rebirth and noble life.Man's ideal is an extension of his values, believing that by practicing the life that contains the material constitution and the psychological constitution, man can achieve the realm of immortality that is immortal and immortal.
