Research On Relative Problems Of Shenyang Shitaizi Mountain Town

Mountain town buildings in which Gaogouli exceled,because of the special location.Shitaizi mountain town is located in the lef t bank of the Liaohe River,30 kilometers away from the city center.It was at the f orefront west defense line,with important geographical and strategic position.The m ountain town wa s a closed natural co nstruction of later Gaogouli period,which was well preserved in Shenyang district.Mountain town was originally discovered in 1980,during the sec ond national survey of cultural relics.During 10 years of ar chaeological excavations from 1997 to 2006,the layout and culture of the mountain town we re basically proved.Som e scholars did in-depth research on the m ountain town in a few aspects,including the town's main part,architecture,tombs,and significant pr ogress.But never covered the econom ic formations of inhabitants in Shitaizi mountain town.For this reason,based on the academic results,and combined with the archaeologica l results of the mount ain town,we studied on the layout and function of mountain town,and did the cohort analysis with carbon 14 dates method.We also used archaeology,archaeo-bgtany theory and method,by archaeological investigations,design,sampling to purposefully gain botanical rem ains,and did species identification and analysis of these rem ains,discussing the econom ic formations of inhabitants of Shitaizi mountain town.It included five chapters.Introduction Introduces the location of Shitaiz i mountain town,make clearly the study objectives,methods and significance.The constructive features and functional analysis of Shitaizi mountain town.Combined with archa eological materials,did discussion and analysis of the constructive patterns,function,constructive facilities,and surrounding tombs.All these the illustrated features of well-designed,rational layout of the mountain town.The construction period of Shitaizi Mountain town.According to AMS¹⁴C dates,combined with the m asonry features,characteristics of relics and literature,we explored the construction period of Shitaizi mountain town.Research on the economic formations of inhabitants of Shitaizi mountain town.According to the sampling and flotation of the remains,classifying and analysis of charing botany,combined with the unearthed tools,we did the research on econom ic formations of inhabitants,and compared food structure with it of Bawangchao mountain town ancestors.Conclusion.Get the conclusion through theanalysis and discussion above,and proposed the new ideas and deficiencies.
