China and South Korea live side by side, both of which belong to the Confucian cultural circle, whose cultural exchanges have a long history. In particular,South Korea has been influenced by China in many aspects in the long-term exchange process. The development of Chinese false biography literature in South Korea is an example. The false biography came from the Tang Dynasty in China.“Mao Ying Biography" of Han Yu was a sign of the establishment of false biography.Scholars of the Song Dynasty such as Su Shi,Qin Guan, and Zhang Biao also created a lot of false biography works, their works were similar to Han Yu’s works in the ideological content and art technique, but were lack of innovation. It became a game that the literati expressed their interests and ambition, displayed the writing skills and talents, which gradually faded out of the literary world. In a sense, the orthodox ideology of China had a great influence on the further development of fake biography,or on the other word, the lack of the time background for the continued development of false biography. The false biography adopted the biographies of "One Person’s Generation",which not only had sustenance and sarcastic parable features, but also inherited the method of historical biography creation, and it also had the historical characteristics of combining with the praise and satire on the historical narrative. The false biography came into South Korea which took place during the Goryeo Dynasty. It was at the stage of prosperity and development of Chinese literature. Moreover, the characteristics of the fake biography catered to the political and cultural background at that time. Therefore, the false biography was quickly accepted and adopted by the Goryeo literati and appeared the earliest false biography works. In general,Korean literary circles had always praised Han Yu and Su Shi,and liked their humorous work style. The development of false biography in the Goryeo era played an important role in the development of ancient Korean narrative literature. This paper mainly adopts research methods such as impact study and acceptance aesthetics. It selects 8 comparative works of Chinese and Korean false biography works, analyzes the similarities and differences of Chinese and Korean false biography, and discusses the reasons for this, and then clarifies the influence and acceptance relationship, and the literature status in the history.Through the comparative analysis of "Mao Ying Biography" of Han Yu,"Mr.Qu Biography" of Li Kuibao,"Biography of Madame Zhu" of Zhang Lei and "Biography of Madame Zhu" of Li Gu,"Mr.Curling"of Xie Zhaozhi, and "Mr.Binghu Biograghy" of Zhang Wei,’Mao Ying’s Biography" of Shen Hanguan,"Mao Ying Biography Adding" of Nan Yourong, reaching the following conclusions.First of all,Goryi’s false biography literature is the study and inheritance of the false biography literature of the Tang and Song Dynasty in China. However,it is not entirely accepted and simple imitation, but combined with the characteristics of the development of his own literature,it has created an important position in the history of literature development.Secondly, the works of Chinese and Korean posthumous works have the commonality of sustenance, satire, allegorical expression, etc.,as well as the characteristic of "using literature as a history".At the same time, compared with China’s false biography, the development of South Korea’s false biography has complicated and profound changes in terms of writing objects, expression techniques, and the theme of reflection.Thirdly, the false biography originated in China but developed and prospered in South Korea. The deep-seated reason lies in the different political, social, and cultural backgrounds of the two countries,it objectively establishes the important position of South Korea’ s false biography in the history of literature.
