Study On The Competitiveness Of Cultural Enterprises In Ningxia

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has put forward a new mission and new requirements for the development of cultural development in the new era,and it has made cultural confidence and cultural prosperity an important part of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In this background,all levels of government of Ningxia region further emphasized important goal of the construction of Ningxia into becoming a"Powerful Culture Area".Ningxia region has a long history and rich cultural resources,with the development of cultural enterprises advantageous conditions,furthermore,the culture of Ningxia region got enhanced enterprise competitiveness in recent years,but many problems still exist.In Ningxia region’s culture enterprise competitiveness is based on the relevant theory and literature study method,factor analysis,statistical analysis,comparative analysis and other methods,during the development of Ningxia region culture enterprise competitiveness which presents situation on the basis of comprehensive study,solve the problem of cultural enterprises competitiveness.Ningxia region both has advantages and disadvantages,it has the opportunities and challenges facing the four influencing factors analysis,and it proposed the countermeasure-solutions and the suggestions..This paper is divided into six chapters to study the competitiveness of cultural enterprises in Ningxia.The first part is the introduction,which mainly describes the selected topic background and significance,the research status covers which domestically and abroad,it has the main content,basic problem such as logical thinking and research method.The second part is the Ningxia region’s cultural enterprise competitiveness and related theoretical basis,Marx and Engels and on the relevant expositions of cultural and spiritual production,the 19th NPC’S big theoretical innovation,which describes the cultural construction of the new era of China culture and elaborates the basic definition for enterprise competitiveness;The third part is the current situation of the development of autonomous region culture’s enterprise competitiveness,which mainly discusses the current situation of the development of Ningxia region’s cultural enterprise competitiveness overall three aspects:The peoples’ government,the life and the thought development present situation of the specific research;The fourth part is the Ningxia region’s cultural factor analysis of enterprise competitiveness,it is based on the current situation of the development of Ningxia region’s cultural enterprise competitiveness based on the analysis,using the factor analysis method to find solution for which Ningxia region’s cultural enterprise competitiveness has strengths and weaknesses,as well as the opportunities and challenges facing the four influencing factors;Fifth part is the countermeasures part,with the combination of the fourth part,it is based on the factor analysis,from the national policy,cultural industries,cultural enterprises in Ningxia region’s cultural enterprises competitiveness problems to study and it put forward reasonable Suggestions,so as to provide theoretical basis for construction of Ningxia region’s cultural enterprise.The last part is the conclusion,which summarizes the above mentioned research and analysis and draws the final conclusion.
