The empirical results show that the Jiangxi Provincial Cultural industries in the country belonged to the middle level, the foundation for the development of cultural industry factors and business efficiency factor is the competitive advantage of the cultural industry in Jiangxi Province, and the cultural industries resource factor, industry, environmental factors, as well as business innovation factor is competition in the cultural industries disadvantage. And the Jiangxi Provincial Cultural industrial competitiveness strengths and weaknesses analysis to identify the impact of cultural industries competitive in Jiangxi Province mainly because small-scale business units, low labor productivity, irrational talent structure, industry, innovation is not strong financial environment is not ideal, imperfect laws and regulations, the culture of poor infrastructure, lack of government efforts to support cultural industries, cultural industries development resources and the environment is not ideal, and factors that hinder the competitiveness of cultural industries to enhance the view of the above proposed countermeasures.
