The majority of young sports dancers are between the ages of 15 and 19,and their physical fitness are in an ascending stage.At this stage,young sportsmen are more optimistic about their mentality.In the face of heavy workload training and difficulties,they There will be a firm will and strong energy to deal with,if we train in the training of a sound plan to give scientific guidance,poem athletes will be able to maximize the physical development,to a certain extent,to create a high level of sports athletes Achievement laid a good foundation.This article attempts to discuss and analyze the problems related to improving the quality of sports dance athletes in our country by intervening the strength and quality of the sports dance athletes so as to grasp the influence of the strength quality on the technical quality of sports dance and learn from the contents of the relevant strength training,Combined with the characteristics of special actions,the use of index tests,comparative analysis and other methods of athletes to complete the quality of the difficulty of quantitative and qualitative analysis,constantly adjusting and improving the training content based on the rules of change to provide for the theory of sports dance training Basis of combining with practice.In this study,the relevant research was conducted through literature review,expert interviews,experimental methods and mathematical statistics,and the following conclusions were drawn:1.After 8 weeks of experiment,the core strength training method adopted by the experimental group was better than the control group in enhancing the muscle power in the core area.The core strength training can effectively improve the muscle power in various parts of the core area of the Latin latin dancers.The core strength training is also better than the traditional strength training in improving the core endurance of Latin dancers.The core strength training is an effective way to improve the muscle endurance in the core area.2.Experimental group of Latin dancers in the core area of the stability of significantly increased,and the experimental group and the control group there is a significant difference,the training effect is better.3.The star shift is an effective way to test the dynamic balance of adolescent Latin dancers.After the data of the experimental group and the control group were tested by T-test,significant differences were found between the two groups,and the core strength training group improved the dynamic balance ability The effect is better than the traditional strength.4.In terms of technical performance,core strength training can significantly improve the balance ability,rotation ability and double-belt ability of Latin American youth dancers in performance,which is better than the traditional strength training core strength training in improving their performance skills effect.
