Study On Drug Use Identity Of Heroin Abstainer

Behavior are influenced by many factors,identity is one of them.Identity is affected by behavior related time factors.And long-term repeated behavior can form behavior-related identity.individual stimulate motivation and behavior to keep consistency of identity.Long term use of drugs will also form the identity of drug abuse.So far,few studies have been conducted on the drug use identity,which are carried out in the form of questionnaires and interviews.The most important thing is that the drug use identity status in different time of drug use and treatment,and the influence of drug use identity on the attitude and behavior of heroin abstainer.The study of these problems will help us to understand the identity of drug addicts and solve the problem of relapse.In the study one,use the implicit association test to test the status of drug use identity in heroin abstainer,use self medication scale to test drug use time and drug treatment time.The heroin abstainer were divided into three groups according to the time of drug use and the time of drug treatment.Results show: The status of drug use identity with different drug use time was different.The drug use identity of medium term drug use addicts was higher than that of the long term and short term addicts,but there was no significant difference between the long term and the short term addicts;The drug use identity of heroin abstainer did not change significantly with the change of drug treatment time.In the study two,subjects in study one were divided into high intensity drug use identity group and low intensity drug use identity group according to the D in study one,and using the implicit association test to measure drug attitude and avoidance behavior in the two groups of subjects.In order to analyze the different drug use identity of heroin abstainer drug attitude and avoidance behavior difference.Results show: The two drug use identity group have different drug attitudes.High drug use identity of heroin abstainer more positive attitude towards drug use low drug use identity of heroin abstainer on the drug more negative attitude;The two drug use identity group differences in drug avoidance did not reach significant level.It indicates:(1)Drug use identity is influenced by drug use time and cumulative abstinence time,which is less affected by the time of detoxification.(2)drug use identity of heroin abstainer affects the attitude of drug use,but has little effect on drug use behavior.
