In recent years, there have been many researches on the reaction inhibition ability of substance addicts, mainly from two aspects, that is,the reaction inhibition of substance addicts and material addicts have more attention to heroin-related clues. However, whether the impairment of cognitive function of addicts is reversible is a controversial issue in recent years. Will the withdrawal inhibition ability of heroin abstinence be restored as the withdrawal time increases? The above issues are for further exploration.Based on this, this study used the go/no-go task to examine the inhibition of heroin withdrawal and the cognitive process of heroin-related cues in their response to inhibition. In experiment 1,a go/no-go paradigm was used, and 32 short and long-term heroin withdrawals were selected.Their general response inhibition ability was compared. The results showed that short-term heroin withdrawal was correct in the go/no-go task. The rate was significantly lower than that of long go/no-go heroin abstainers;in experiment 2,the go/no-go paradigm initiated by different SOA clues was used to select 24 short and long-term heroin-addicted individuals, neutral and heroin images respectively.Stimulated by the start of the go/no-go task respectively, the results showed that the response time of the two groups under drug cues was longer than that under neutral clues, and the accuracy of the drug cues was lower than the neutrality. The correct rate under the conditions;and the response time of the two groups at 200 ms is longer than 600 ms,and the accuracy at 200 ms is lower than 600 ms.Studies have shown that:(1)Heroin abstainers’ response inhibition ability does not recover with the prolonged withdrawal time;(2)Heroin abstainers have abnormalities in the ability to suppress responses specific to drug-related cues, manifested as drug-related The clue will reduce its reaction inhibition.
