To Observe The Clinical Effect Of Heat-sensitization Moxibustion Combined With Acupuncture On Alopecia Due To Qi And Blood Deficiency

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of heat-sensitization moxibustion combined with acupuncture on alopecia due to qi and blood deficiency and figure out and cure the the heat-sensitization point of alopecia caused by qi and blood deficiency.Method: 1.All cases were gathered from the TCM outpatient department of Shuguang hospital affiliated to Shanghai university of Traditional Chinese Medicine.33 cases of treatment group were treated with heat-sensitization moxibustion and acupuncture with the combination of plum needles,33 cases of contrast group had treatment with the combination of acupuncture and plum needle.2.Heat-sensitization moxibustion group select heat-sensitization point;acupuncture point: Select Baihui,Sishencong,Shuaigu,ashixue,shengfaxue.etc 3.The treatment group adopts heat-sensitization moxibustion with acupuncture and plum-blossom needle.First of all,the plum-blossom needle treatment was treated after heat-sensitization moxibustion with acupuncture treatment.In the treatment of heat sensitive moxibustion,the presence of acid,swelling,hemp and pain is recorded.After observing the heat sensitive hole,the method is used to describe the method of using the type of heat-sensitization.During acupuncture treatment,2.5 inch sterile needle is inserted into the acupuncture point,straight spine or oblique spine.When the needle is cured,it is mainly aimed at depressing the release area.The control group used acupuncture and plum-blossom needle.Excluding heat-sensitization moxibustion,the acupuncture point and manipulation of acupuncture and plum-blossom needle are the same as in the treatment group.4.Using infrared temperature measuring instrument,the comparison of temperature change with the cephalic temperature changes,and the evaluation of the clinical symptoms of clinical observation,Compared to the treatment of patients with hair fat,scalp oil,itchy scalp,headache,dizziness,diarrhea and depression,the symptoms are improved.Result: 1.Efficient Analysis of Integration of Major Symptoms: The main symptoms of the treatment group after 4 weeks were 36.4 percent,and the overall effectiveness of the control group was 9.1 percent.Differences have statistical implications(P<0.05),The treatment team is better than the control team;The main symptoms of the treatment group after 8 weeks were 84.8 percent,and the overall effectiveness of the control group was 69.7 percent.Differences have statistical implications(P<0.05).The treatment team is better than the control team.2.Comparative Analysis of Integrative Efficiency of Secondary Symptoms: After fo ur weeks of treatment,the total effectiveness of the treatment team is 86.9%,the total effectiveness of the control 48.5%,and the treatment team is more efficient than the c ontrol team,so the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment team i s better than the control team.3.Comparison and Analysis of the Average Value of the Head Temperature V ariation: Before treatment,the comparison analysis of the mean values of the h ead temperature changes in the two groups,the difference statistically meaningl ess(P>0.05),indicates that the pre-therapy temperature changes in the two gro ups are comparable.After four weeks of treatment,there is a statistical meanin g(P<0.05)in the difference,and the temperature change in the treatment grou p is superior to the control group.Eight weeks after treatment,the changes in the head temperature mean values in the two groups are compared and the diff erences have statistical implications(P<0.001),and the temperature change in t he treatment group is superior to the control group.4.Comparative analysis of comprehensive treatment effectiveness scores: The t otal effectiveness of the treatment team is 90.9%,the total effectiveness of the control team is 72.7%,the treatment team is always more efficient than the c ontrol team,the difference has a statistical meaning(P<0.05)and the treatment team has excellent treatment effectiveness.5.The most frequently used acupuncture points are the Sishencong,Baihui,S huaigu.Conclusion:(1)Heat-sensitization moxibustion can improve overall hair loss symptoms,promote growth and increase skin temperature.(2)Heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture and moxibustion are better than acupuncture combined with needle binding needle.(3)The rise in temperature of the scalp is partly related to hair growth.(4)There are differences in the thermal sensitivity,degree and frequency,and sensations of hair loss patients.(5)Among the 33 patients with alopecia due to qi and blood deficiency,the most sensitive area of heat in searching heat-sensitization points are Sishencong,follow by Baihui,Shuaigu,Shengfa,Touwei...
