The treatment group and the control group of patients in the age of onset, duration, degree of hair loss and other aspects of classification, by SPSS22.0 statistical software test, P values were greater than 0.05, indicating that there was no significant difference in the basic condition data, comparable.2. The treatment group age was 29.34±5.85 years in the control group age 28.19±6.22 years, the age of onset cases included mainly in young men18-30 years of age; duration of the treatment group was 8.47～8.46 months, duration of patients in the control group 7.84～4.42 months.3.3 months of treatment, the treatment group of 32 patients, effective in 29 cases, total effective rate was 90.62%; control group of 32 patients, effective in 22 cases, total effective rate was 68.75%; by nonparametric rank sum test,Z=-2.069, P=0.039<0.05, the difference was statistically significant; while improving oily scalp, itchy scalp, dandruff and other symptoms associated with the treatment group than the control group.4.6 months of treatment, the treatment group patients in 31 cases, which recovered in 13 cases, total effective rate was 96.88%; effective control of 28 cases, which recovered in 8 cases, total effective rate was 87.50%; by nonparametric and inspection, Z=-1.524, P=0.127>0.05, the difference was not statistically significant.5. One month after stopping, the treatment group cured patients recurrence in 2 patients in the control group of patients healed 4 cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate of the two groups was 15.38% and 50%, respectively, found that the treatment group recurrence rate was significantly lower in the control group.ConelusionThis study shows that treatment based on syndrome differentiation combined with plum blossom needle treatment of androgenic alopecia can shorten the course, can better improve the greasy hair, scalp itching, dandruff and other associated symptoms, reduce the relapse rate after treatment.
