Jiedu Tongluo Shengjin Recipe For The Treatment Of Primary Sj?gren's Syndrome A Randomized,Double-blind,Parallel Controlled Clinical Study

Objective: This topic mainly take Chinese traditional medicine therapy on clinical curative effect of primary sjogren's syndrome),by observing the detoxification t2 dm party in p SS stratification in the total effective rate in the treatment of assessment,self assessment report,disease activity index,TCM syndrome integral,the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36 health score)and blood biochemical examination of efficacy and safety,then compare different disease activity and efficacy in the treatment of p SS detoxification t2 dm party function characteristics,further validation of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment in a role in the treatment of p SS and characteristics,for the treatment of p SS provide new method and train of thought.Methods:Eighty-nine patients with primary sjogren's syndrome(p SS)from yueyang hospital of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine affiliated to Shanghai university of traditional Chinese medicine were collected.The patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group(1:1)according to the disease activity score(ESSDAI)using a randomized,double-blind,parallel control method.The experimental group was treated with jiedu tongluo shengjin prescription,and the control group was given 1/10 dose of traditional Chinese medicine placebo.The course of treatment was 12 weeks,and the self-evaluation,laboratory indexes,disease activity index,disease activity index,TCM syndrome score,and the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36 health score)of the patients were compared between 0and 12 weeks of treatment,to observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the intervention of jiedu tongluo shengjin recipe in p SS.By analyzing the differences in blood biochemical indexes of patients in each group and the changes before and after treatment,the author preliminarily explored the role and characteristics of jiedu tongluo shengjin prescription in the TCM treatment of p SS with different disease activity degrees,further verified the role and characteristics of TCM syndrome differentiation in p SS treatment,and provided new methods and ideas for thetreatment of p SS.The above evaluation is analyzed by using different statistical methods(t test and Wilcoxon rank and test,analysis of variance,etc.),the treatment group and control group after treatment,respectively,for the total curative effect evaluation of the treatment group and control group before and after treatment respectively in different disease activity layer within the group,for the same disease activity in the treatment group and control group before and after treatment were compared between groups.Results:1.Overall efficacy evaluation of the treatment group and the control group: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 84.09%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 15.90%,and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.The self-report index,disease activity index,TCM syndrome score,sf-36 health score and serological examination(including WBC,RBC,Hb,PLT,Ig G,C3,C4,ESR and CRP)of the treatment group and the control group at 0 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment were compared.Treatment group in the treatment of 0 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment of sjogren's syndrome self-report,disease activity index,TCM syndrome score,SF-36 health score,serologic test(including the WBC,RBC,Hb,Ig G,C3,C4 and ESR and CRP)within the group to compare differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05),the therapeutic effect of PLT in serological statistical significance(P > 0.05);There was no significant difference between the control group and the group before and after treatment(P > 0.05).The results showed that all the observation indexes except platelet in the treatment group were effective,but platelet in serum was not.No effect was observed in the control group.3.The treatment group and control group before and after treatment on self-reported sjogren's syndrome,disease activity index,TCM syndrome score,SF-36 health score,serologic test of before:(1)is compared between treatment group comparison:between the treatment group and control group before the treatment of p SS self-report,disease activity index,TCM syndrome score,SF-36 health score,comparing differences between serology inspection group has no statistical significance(P >0.05),with comparable;(2)after treatment between groups: the treatment group and control group after treatment of sjogren's syndrome self-report,disease activity index,TCM syndrome score,SF-36 health score,serologic test(including the WBC,RBC,Hb,PLT,Ig G,C3,C4 and ESR and CRP)comparative differences between groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the treatment group was better than control group;There was no statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the serological examination(PLT)after treatment(P>0.05),and the efficacy of the two groups was similar.Conclusions:1.The total therapeutic effect of the treatment group with jiedu tongluo shengjin recipe as the main treatment group for patients with primary sclerosing syndrome was significantly better than that of the group with jiedu tongluo shengjin recipe as the placebo.2.The treatment group mainly composed of jiedu tongluo shengjin prescription could effectively improve the self-report index,disease activity index,TCM syndrome score,sf-36 health score and serological examination(including WBC,RBC,Hb,Ig G,C3,C4,ESR and CRP)of primary sclerosing syndrome,but had no significant improvement on serum platelet(PLT).However,the control group,which was dominated by jiedu tongluo shengjin fang placebo,showed no significant improvement in the above evaluation indexes.3.Detoxification t2 dm side of the treatment group in improving primary sjogren's syndrome self-report,disease activity index,TCM syndrome score,SF-36 health score,serologic test(including the WBC,RBC,Hb,Ig G,C3,C4 and ESR and CRP)and so on curative effect is better than that of detoxification t2 dm with the placebo group,the serum levels of PLT curative effect on detoxification t2 dm obviously curative effect is not obvious.
