Clinic Research On Treating Primary Sjogren's Syndrome With The Method Of Yan Yin Sheng Jin, Run Zao Tong Luo Ways

In the essay,we elaberate the TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine) theory about the formulae,which called "Yang Yin Sheng Jin,Run Zao Tong Luo" ways and apply it in clinic to treat the type of Yin Xu Luo Zhi of primary Sjogren's Syndrom.Theoretical research:The primary sjogren's syndrome is attributed to the scope of ZaoZheng in TCM.The aetiology is related to congenital insufficiency,yin deficiency due to fluid consumption;hoor weakness during the convalecence leading first,invased by wind, summer-heat,dryness and fire,that is four pathogenic,so as to enhance positive heat and impair body fluid.The results is that yin body fluid deficiency and qing qiao can't moisten.After a long time,blood stasis blocked and the blood stagnating the vessel,then impaired skin bones and zang and fu organs.There have many different minds about the pathogenesis,but most people thought that YinXu is the basic pathogenic factor.The pathological nature is deficiency of origin and excess of superficiality.Thus the priniciples of the treatment is "YangYinShengJin, RunZaoTongLuo" ways.Clinical research:Aim:Through the control experiment with placebo,make the objective evaluation about the curative effect and security of the "YangYinShengJin,RunZaoTongLuo" ways for the treatment of primary Sjogren's syndrome.Method:Forty patients with the primary sjogren's syndrome and YinXuLuoZhi were brought into with the principle of randomness,and controll.These patients were divided into two groups,each group had twenty patients.They have been differently treated by ShengJinRunZao grain and placebo.The period of treatment were both six weeks.Result:The treatment group(Sheng Jin Run Zao grain) in the treatment of 19 cases of patients,one cases of patients off,with clinical control of O cases,effective 16 cases,cured in 1 case,two cases ineffective,the total effective rate 89.47%.and the control group(placebo) in the treatment of 19 cases,one cases of patients off,clinical control 0 cases,effective four cases, cured 0 cases,15 cases ineffective,the total effective rate of 21.05%.the result had statistical significance(P＞0.05).After treatment,the self-estimate and life quality of the patients with Chinese medicine were better,the result had statistical significance(P＜0.05),The states of the laboratory indexes in the two groups were both improved,the differences had statistical significance(P＜0.05). Conclusion:Through "Yang Yin Sheng Jin,Run Zao Tong Luo" treatment of pSS patients has been made to improve the symptoms,control disease,improve life quality of patients with good effect,and no toxic side effects of drugs,it is worth further experiments to explore the clinical study.
