Contralateral Meridian Needling Method Curative Effect On Ischemic Stroke Recovery In Patients With Movement Disorders

Objective:By observing the clinical effects of contralateral meridian needling for convalescent hemiplegic patients,providing reference for the treatment of convalescent hemiplegic patients.Method:Selection in October 2018 to December 2019,the first affiliated hospital of Tianjin medical university the special acupuncture conforms to the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,61 cases of patients which consist of 30 cases of treatment group,31 cases of control group and 1 case fall off due to the hospital earlier.Both treatment group and control group are studied on the basis of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture.Acupuncture points: For the control group,in accordance with the Zhenjiu Xue Stroke,a total of seven acupuncture points on the ill side are selected,including Jianyu,Shousanli,Hegu,Huantiao,Yanlinquan,Xuanzhong and Taichong.For the treatment group,according to the original text of Bianque Zhenjiu Yulong Jing,a total of eleven acupuncture points on the healthy side are selected,including Hegu,Shousanli,Quchi?Jianjin,Huantiao,Xuehai,Yanlinquan,Yinlinquan,Zusanli,Juegu and Kunlun.Operation methods: Jianjin use twisting repair method? The repair method control is used to extra control group and treatment group,that Exert the needle to do strength and gently pull it out.Every acupuncture point is used to the repair method,3 times repair method for 1 set,each acupuncture point 3 sets,retaining needle for 30 min.Evaluation: Respectively recording Fugl-Meyer Assessment,Brunnstrom Stage and Modified Ashworth Scale of upper and lower limbs before and after the treatment.Analysis method: These experimental data are processed by SPSS24.0 package,with P < 0.05 as statistically significant.Results:Movement function: Fugl-Meyer Assessment and Brunnstrom Stage are used to measure the improvement of the movement function.In terms of Fugl-Meyer Assessment and Brunnstrom Stage,there is no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment,and they are comparable,which suggests that both groups can significantly improve patients' limb movement function,promote the generation of separatist movement.There is no significant difference between the results of the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).This experiment showed that swollen thorn method can indeed significantly increased limb movement function in patients with hemiplegia side,with conventional acupuncture method effect.Muscle tension and muscle spasm: The improved Modified Ashworth Scale is adopted in the experiment,the improved Modified Ashworth Scale to evaluate the degree of limb spasm is highly credible and obviously superior.There is no siginificant difference of results of treatment group between before and after treatment,and they are comparable(P > 0.05),which indicates that conventional acupuncture has no significant effect on relieving muscle tension and muscle spasm.In term of improved Modified Ashworth Scale,there is no significant difference in the control group before and after the treatment(P > 0.05).In term of upper limb Modified Ashworth Scale,there is significant difference between contralateral meridian needling and conventional acupuncture method with more obvious difference(P = 0.043).In term of lower limbs Modified Ashworth Scale,there is significant difference between contralateral meridian needling and conventional acupuncture method before and after treatment.(P = 0.004,0.031,respectively),which indicates that contralateral meridian needling method has obvious effect for treatment of hemiplegia side,lower limb muscle tension rises,muscle spasms and is superior to conventional acupuncture method.By acupuncturing the healthy side limb,Contralateral meridian needling method can avoid to ill side body too strong stimulation and muscle contractions,can improve function of limbs activity and provides guidance of clinical acupuncture treatment for ischemic muscle tension increases and muscle spasm.Conclusion: 1.There is no significant difference in upper and lower limbs Brunnstrom Stage and FuglMeyer Assessment score between the two groups before treatment,which is comparable.Compared with the two groups before and after treatment,the scores of both upper and lower limbs are significantly different,and both groups could significantly improve the body's motor function and enhance the activities of upper and lower limbs.However,the curative effect of the two groups was similar without obvious difference.2.There was no significant difference in hands Modified Ashworth Scale score between the two groups treatment.In upper limb?lower limb Modified Ashworth Scale rating scale,there is no significant difference in conventional needling treatment group between before and after treatment,but there is significant difference in contralateral meridian needling between before and after treatment.It indicates that contralateral meridian needling is better than common needle method in term of prevention and treatment of high muscle tension.3.Contralateral meridian needling not only can be better to avoid high muscle tension,ischemic stroke in patients with long course of disease,long-term use of the same points,falling scarring,sensitivity of the meridians and local pain phenomenon.
