| ObjectiveIn this study,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitution information and related clinical data of NS patients were collected to explore the distribution law of TCM constitution of NS patients,and to further reveal the internal relationship between the demography,basic diseases,living habits,clinical indicators and TCM constitution of NS patients.It provides certain clinical basis for the differentiation and treatment of NS from the Angle of TCM constitution.MethodsNS patients admitted to the inpatient department of the department of nephrology of our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected.NS patients meeting the criteria were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.After signing the informed consent,the physical information of the patients was collected by questionnaire method,and the relevant data of bad habits,basic diseases and laboratory tests were collected according to the electronic medical record of the patients,and the final included cases were determined according to the elimination criteria.Input the above data into Excel,and use SPSS24 software for statistical analysis,and then draw statistical and professional conclusions.Results1.General conditions of NS patients :(1)A total of 102 patients were included in this study,including 40 middle-aged and young patients(39.2%)and 62 elderly patients(60.8%).Age was correlated with chronic kidney disease(CKD)stage(P<0.05);(2)In this study,there were 65 male patients(63.7%)and 37 female patients(36.3%).There was a significant correlation between gender and living habits(P<0.05);(3)In this study,the number of cases of high blood pressure and diabetes,respectively,76(74.1%)/44(43.1%),the prevalence of high blood pressure with age,gender,BMI is correlation(P<0.05),has nothing to do with the life habits(P>0.05),the old age hypertension prevalence rate is higher than young and middle-aged,male hypertension prevalence rate is higher than female,obesity+severe obesity in patients with hypertension prevalence rate is higher than patients with normalBMI.The prevalence of diabetes was not related to age,gender and lifestyle(P>0.05),but was related to BMI(P<0.05).The prevalence of diabetes in obese+severely obese patients was higher than that in normal BMI patients.2.Constitution distribution characteristics of NS patients:(1)In this study,a total of 102 copies of constitution data of NS patients were collected and 207 constitutions were detected,among which 51(50.0%)were single constitution and 51(50.0%)were composite constitution(multiple constitution coexist);(2)The top three of the nine constitutions were phlegm-dampness constitution(16.4%),stasis blood constitution(14.0%),and mild physical(13.0%).The lowest frequency of occur rence was the allergic constitution(1.9%);(3)Among NS patients,the solid cons titution was the dominant,accounting for 49.3%,followed by the weak constitution,accounting for 35.7%.(4)The principal qualities of the top three NS patients were mild physical,accounting for 25.7%,yang-deficiency constitution,accounting for 16.1% and stasis blood constitution,accounting for 13.3%.3.Characteristics of composite physique:(1)The results of this study showed that the composite constitution was mainly composed of 2 constitutions,accounting for 47.1%,followed by 3 constitutions and 4 constitutions,accounting for 17.6% and 19.6%,5 constitutions and 6 constitutions have fewer people;(2)There is correlation between two constitutions.There was a positive correlation between qi-deficiency constitution and qi-stagnation constitution(P=0.000,R=0.378);There was a positive correlation between qi-deficiency constitution and yang-deficie ncy constitution(P=0.000,R=0.345);There was a positive correlation between qi-deficiency constitution and yin-deficiency constitution(P=0.007,R=0.248);There was a positive correlation between qi-deficiency constitution and phlegm-dampness constitution(P=0.001,R=0.209);There was a positive correlation between yangdeficiency constitution and qi-deficiency constitution(P=0.015,R=0.229);Positive correlation was found between yang-deficiency constitution and yin-deficiency constitution(P=0.042,R=0.189);There was a positive correlation between yang-deficiency constitution and phlegm-dampness constitution(P=0.005,R=0.260);There was a positive correlation between yin-deficiency constitutio and phlegm-dampn ess constitution(P=0.001,R=0.308);There was a positive correlation between yin-deficiency constitutio and qi-stagnation constitution(P=0.005,R=0.260);There was a positive correlation between the phlegm-dampness constitution and dampnes s-heat constitution(P=0.020,R=0.211).4.Correlation between general conditions of NS patients and constitution:(1)Gen der of NS patients is correlated with constitution(P<0.05),stasis blood constitution in women is higher than that in men,and dampness-heat constitution in men is higher than that in women;(2)Age,BMI,basic diseases,and poor living habits of NS patients had no correlation with physical fitness(P>0.05).5.Correlation between laboratory indicators and body conditions in NS patients:(1)There were statistically significant differences among the eight types of body conditions(excluding the allergic constitution)in serum albumin(ALb),highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),glomerular filtration rate(GFR),d-dimer,lymphocyte percentage(LYN%)and serum calcium levels(P<0.05).The other test in dexes had nothing to do with the constitution(P>0.05).(2)Pair-pair comparison results between groups:(1)The ALb level of phlegm-dampness constitutionand was higher than that of mild physical(P<0.05);(2)The blood calcium levels of dampness-heat constitution,stasis blood constitution and yang-deficiency constituti on were lower than those of qi-deficiency constitution(P<0.05);The level of calcium in mild physical was lower than that in qi-deficient constitution and yindeficient constitution(P<0.05);(3)HDL-C level of phlegm-dampness constitution was lower than that of qi-deficiency constitution(P<0.05);(4)The eGFR levels of qi-deficiency constitution,phlegm-dampness constitution and yin-deficiency constitution were lower than that of dampness-heat constitution(P<0.05).(5)The d-dimer of yang-deficiency constitution was higher than yin-deficiency constitution(P<0.05);(6)The level of qi-deficiency constitution LY% was higher than that of dampness-heat constitution(P<0.05).Conclusion:1 The prevalence of hypertension in NS patients is related to gender,age and BMI level.Diabetes rates are associated with BMI.2 The elderly patients with NS have complicated and critical conditions.3 NS patients have more phlegm and dampness,less special intrinsic quality,a nd other physical parts are more uniform.The constitution of male and female patients is different.4 There are more complex constitutions in NS patients,and there is a correlation between various constitutions.Qi-deficiency constitution is the most likely to appear complex constitutions.5 The laboratory examination of NS patients has intrinsic relationship with the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine,among which ALb,Ca,HDL-C,eGFR,d-dimer and LY% are most closely related to the constitution. |
