Objective: with the acceleration of the global aging process, dementia has become an important cause of harm to the health of the elderly.Alzheimer disease AD is the most common type of dementia, accounting for 60%-80% of all dementia. The clinical manifestations of AD are mainly the gradual decline of daily living ability, cognitive dysfunction and mental disorders, which seriously affect the quality of life of patients and their families. The cost, time and energy for treatment of AD are heavy burdens on society and family.Amnestic mild cognitive impairment(Amnestic Mild Cognitive Impairment a MCI)is the precondition of AD,such as early discovery and guidance intervention during the a MCI period will help delay or prevent the occurrence and development of AD.Therefore,a MCI has become a hot spot in the medical field at present. There is less research on a MCI in Tianjin. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the TCM syndromes, physique characteristics and the relationship between a MCI patients in Tianjin area through the investigation and analysis of the Constitution and TCM Syndromes of a MCI patients in Tianjin area, and to provide data support for improving the symptoms of a MCI patients and preventing AD from a physical point of view. Methods: in this study,166 patients who met the inclusion criteria in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin senior citizen University and Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were investigated through the study of physical constitution and TCM syndrome types of a MCI patients. To draw lessons from the research methods of correlation between constitution and TCM syndrome types,166 patients with a MCI were collected, and the general situation, constitution and TCM syndrome types were established. The data were analyzed by SPSS 21 statistical software, and the TCM syndromes, constitution types and correlation between a MCI patients were analyzed. Results: 1.of the total 166 cases were included in the study, including 41 males,24.7%,125 females, accounting for 75.3%.The male to female ratio was 1:3.05,the oldest age group was 80 years old,the youngest was 50 years old,and the average age was 63.90±7.95 years.Among them, the majority were 60-69 years old, accounting for 39.2%.66 junior high school or high school Chinese, accounting for 60-69.5.4% accounted for 31 cases(18.7%),and 24 cases had drinking history(14.5%).2.of the 166 patients in this group, the single constitution was the most common(137cases,accounting for 82.5%),and the constituent ratios were high to low: Blood Stasis(22.9%),phlegm dampness(19.9%),Yang deficiency(18.1%),yin deficiency(12.7%),Qi deficiency(4.2%),mild(2.4%),Hygrothermal(1.8%),Qi Stagnation(1.8%),and idiosyncrasy. The blood stasis and phlegm dampness, blood stasis and yang deficiency were the most common. There were 4 cases of three kinds of compound constitution. There was no significant difference in the distribution of sex and age between the 2.4%.patients with single constitution(p>0.05)3.of the 166 patients enrolled, the highest score of TCM syndrome was included in the statistics. The frequency was followed by blood stasis and brain collateral syndrome(24.7%),kidney essence deficiency syndrome(21.1%),Qi and blood deficiency syndrome(18.1%),phlegm turbidity syndrome(16.3%),yin deficiency yang hyperactivity syndrome(11.4%),stasis stagnation syndrome(6.6%),heat toxin accumulation syndrome(0.6%).Among them,2 cases(1.2%)could not be classified. There was no significant difference in distribution of TCM syndromes among different age groups and sex(p>0.05).4.there were 10 cases of deficiency of Yang essence,9 cases of phlegm dampness,7cases of yin deficiency,6 cases of blood stasis,3 cases of qi deficiency,2 cases of Ping Qi.1 cases of qi stagnation,1 cases of damp heat, and 1 cases of special temperament. There were 37 cases of blood stasis and collaterals syndrome,7 cases of phlegm dampness,4 cases of yin deficiency.2 cases of Yang deficiency and 1 cases of idiosyncrasy: Yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome.14 cases of yin deficiency.4 cases of blood stasis,2 cases of phlegm dampness.1 cases of qi deficiency.1 cases of qi stagnation.1 cases of deficiency of Qi and blood.24 cases of Zhongyang deficiency,1 cases of phlegm dampness, cases of blood stasis, cases of yin deficiency,Qi deficiency and qi stagnation. There were 6 cases of phlegm dampness,4 cases of Yang deficiency,1 cases of blood stasis, and 1 cases of phlegm dampness. The Fisher's test showed that there was a correlation between the distribution of blood stasis and blood stasis and collaterals of the brain(P=0.000).The distribution of phlegm dampness and phlegm turbidity syndrome was correlated(P=0.000),and the distribution of yin deficiency and yin deficiency yang hyperactivity was correlated(P=0.000).There was a correlation between Yang deficiency and the distribution of Qi and blood deficiency syndrome(P=0.000).There was no correlation between Qi deficiency and the distribution of syndromes(P=0.160).Conclusion:1.166 patients with amnestic mild cognitive impairment.the constitution of TCM is mostly single constitution, with blood stasis.phlegm dampness and yang deficiency.2.166 cases of amnestic mild cognitive impairment.TCM syndromes were mainly syndrome of stasis blocking brain collaterals.deficiency of kidney essence.deficiency of Qi and blood.3.The relationship between constitution and TCM Syndromes of 166 patients with amnestic mild cognitive impairment: correlation between blood stasis and blood stasis and collaterals of the brain, blood stasis syndrome, blood stasis and collaterals syndrome, phlegm dampness and phlegm turbidity syndrome.Yin deficiency patients mostly manifested as yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome.Yang deficiency and Qi deficiency syndrome were correlated.Yang deficiency syndrome mostly manifested as Qi and blood deficiency syndrome.
