Objective:Due to the aging society, the number of elderly patients with Parkinson's disease is increasing, which has aroused the interest of the medical community. The main cause of disability in Parkinson's disease is dyskinesia, and as the condition worsens, the quality of life will be seriously affected. In this paper, through the clinical observation of hyperbaric oxygen combined rehabilitation training in the treatment of Parkinson's disease patients with rehabilitation symptoms,in hopes of finding a new rehabilitation treatment for patients with Parkinson's disease,so that it is more scientific and practical. Methods:During the period from November 2016 to May 2018,50 patients with Parkinson's disease in the outpatient department and ward of the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group was given conventional rehabilitation training, and the experimental group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen on this basis. Before the rehabilitation treatment, the two groups of patients were given the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale ?,the Wechsler Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale, the Timing Start-Walk Test(TUG)at 2 weeks,4 weeks, and 8 weeks after rehabilitation. The balance function Berg score scale and the daily living activity ability Barthel index and other rehabilitation assessments were performed to observe changes in motor dysfunction in the two groups. Results:There was no significant difference in the UPDRS III score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment, the UPDRS III scores of the control group and the experimental group were all decreased, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment, the scores of both groups were decreased, but the scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, with statistical difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Webster scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 2 weeks, the Webster scores of the control group and the experimental group were slightly lower, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After week and 8 weeks, the scores of both groups decreased, but the scores of the experimental group decreased more than the control group, with statistical difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the TUG time between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment, the TUG time of the control group and the experimental group decreased, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment, the time in both groups decreased, but the decrease in the score of the experimental group was larger than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in BBS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment, the BBS scores of the two groups increased, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After week and 8 weeks, the scores of the two groups increased, but the increase of the score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Barthel index between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment, the Barthel index of the control group and the experimental group increased, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment, both groups increased, but the score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.After receiving 8 weeks of rehabilitation training, the motor function of the routine rehabilitation training group was improved before the treatment.2.Compared with the conventional rehabilitation group, the hyperbaric oxygen combined with the conventional rehabilitation training group can further improve the motor dysfunction after 8 weeks of treatment than before treatment.3.Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is effective in improving the difficulty of starting, gait abnormality and balance ability of patients with Parkinson's disease.4.With the long-term rehabilitation treatment, the rehabilitation effect of receiving 4 weeks and 8 weeks is more significant than that of receiving 2 weeks.
