Research objectives:To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of moxibustion in the treatment of phlegm-turbid related hyperlipidemia.Based on the evaluation results,a small sample clinical trial was conducted to observe the changes of TCM syndrome scores and blood lipid biochemical indexes before and after treatment of 20 patients with phlegm-turbidia-repressed hyperlipidemia by using umbilical moxibustion combined with diet control therapy.Scheme design:Meta analysis: the VIP database, wanfang database,CNKI,Cochrane Library and Pub Med were searched by computer, and the literatures of clinical control trials(RCTS)of moxibustion in the treatment of phlegm-turbid-related hyperlipidemia in the past 20 years were included in these databases, and then screened and extracted.A total of 5 outcome indicators were observed: total efficiency;TCM syndrome score;Cholesterol(TC)before and after treatment in treatment group and control group; The change level and adverse reactions of LDL before and after treatment in the two groups. The quality of the final included literature was evaluated using the Cochrane bias assessment system, and the software Revman5.3 was used for meta-analysis.Clinical trial: umbilical moxibustion therapy combined with diet was used to control the treatment of phlegm-turbid repression-type hyperlipidemia.Changes in blood lipid biochemical indexes and TCM syndrome scores of patients with phlegm-turbid repression-type hyperlipidemia were observed before and after treatment,so as to quantitatively evaluate the efficacy more scientifically and objectively. This study in tianjin university of Chinese medicine affiliated rare traditional Chinese acupuncture and rehabilitation clinic patients selected 20 cases of phlegm turbidity repression in patients with hyperlipidemia, take self contrast method of 20 patients with umbilical acupuncture treatment combined with diet control curative effect observation of hyperlipidemia, umbilical acupuncture treatment once a week,a total of 12 weeks of treatment, the patient diet guide each treatment process, and regular follow-up,the results at the end of the recording of the patient group, treatment and 3 months after treatment of patients with blood lipid laboratory data and TCM syndrome integral.SPSS24.0 was used for statistical analysis.Research results:Meta analysis: a total of 885 patients were included in 14 literatures, including 441 patients in the observation group and 444 patients in the control group. The quality of the included literatures was relatively low.The results of Meta analysis showed that:(1)effective rate: the effective rate of moxibustion in the treatment of phlegm-turbid related hyperlipidemia was better than that of hawthorn lipid-lowering tablets. There was no significant difference between the routine acupuncture group, the xuezhikang capsule group and the statin group.(2)TCM syndrome score: moxibustion is superior to the xuezhikang capsule group in improving the clinical symptoms of patients with turbidity-related hyperlipidemia.(3)changes in TC level: compared with the conventional acupuncture group, the xuezhikang capsule group and the statin group, there was no statistically significant difference in the improvement of serum TC level in the moxibustion group. However, compared with the hawthorn lipid-lowering tablet group, the moxibustion group could significantly reduce the TC level of the patients.(4)changes in LDL level: there was no statistically significant difference between the moxibustion group and the xuezhikang capsule group and the statin group in lowering the LDL level of patients with phlegm-turbidia-related hyperlipidemia.Compared with the routine acupuncture group and the hawthorn lipid-lowering tablet group, moxibustion group can significantly reduce the level of LDL and has a significant effect.Clinical trial part:(1)TCM syndrome score: after statistical analysis of the data collected at three time points(i.e.at the time of enrollment,at the end of treatment and 3 months after the end of treatment),the changes of TCM syndrome score of patients at each time point were statistically significant(P<0.01).(2)the blood fat and biochemical indexes, through the three time points(that is,into the group,at the end of treatment, treatment after 3 months)to collect data for statistical analysis, the results showed that at the end of the treatment and 3 months after treatment, the patients serum TG,TC,HDL levels and its people in this group there was no statistically significant difference(P ?0.05),level of LDL-C is at the end of the treatment into the group the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),3 months after treatment the levels of LDL-C at the end of the treatment and into the group when there was no statistically significant difference(P ? 0.05).Research conclusions:1.Due to the low quality of the included research, the results of meta-analysis should be treated with caution.2.Through the statistical analysis of TCM syndrome scores,it is shown that umbilical moxibustion therapy combined with diet control can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with phlegm-turbid-repression-type hyperlipidemia.3.Umbilical moxibustion combined with dietary control can reduce the level of LDL in patients with phlegm-turbidia-repression-type hyperlipidemia, but the treatment effect cannot be continued after treatment is stopped,so there is no obvious effect on the long-term improvement of blood lipid.
