Research On Medical Work Quality Based On Entropy Weight Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

With the mutual influence of the health field and the market economy,some medical institutions are focusing on economic income generation,and inevitably,they fail to care for medical quality management,which has caused all kinds of medical quality issues.Medical treatment itself is monopolistic.The occurrence of medical hazards not only affects the smooth development of hospital work,but also seriously threatens the safety of patients' lives.Medical quality management is the eternal theme of health work.Continuously improving the quality of medical work is the key to the success of medical management in the 21 st century.Domestic medical institutions have also been committed to seeking ways to improve the quality of medical work.Through field visits and research on relevant literature at home and abroad,according to entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this paper intends to establish an evaluation model of medical work quality which based on the index composition mentioned in the Chinese Medical Quality Index System(CHQIS)and index system construction principles.Using MATLAB software to solve the membership matrix and comprehensive evaluation matrix,thereby the evaluation results can be analyzed to propose countermeasures.The main results and innovations are as follows:(1)Based on a large amount of literature and expert opinions,through actual visits to hospitals and communication with familiar medical staff,the relevant data is finally obtained.In the light of the data,it's determined to use the hospital's work efficiency,medical quality,and diagnostic quality as the first-level indicators,and what they include 12 secondary indicators establish a convenient,unified,and easy-to-operate medical work quality evaluation system.(2)The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of entropy weight was used to evaluate the medical quality of a hospital.Taking A Hospital as an example,combining the hospital's relevant medical data from 2013 to 2017,unified it into a standardized matrix,constructing a fuzzy matrix based on the principle of fuzzy evaluation,determining the weight of each index according to the principle of entropy weight method,and using MATLAB software to solve the comprehensive evaluation matrix.According to the evaluation results,the hospital's medical quality has been improving year by year,but it also fluctuates due to different emergency situations each year,and the overall condition is good.This also proves the feasibility of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of entropy weight in the quality evaluation of medical work.(3)The combination of entropy weight theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to hospital medical quality evaluation.This method has certain innovation.Through the evaluation of the quality of medical work,it can be clearly seen which of the research indicators have not been done in time and make measures without delay.Making some suggestions for improving first-level indicators such as work efficiency,treatment quality,and diagnosis quality.To improve weak points,maintain excellent indicators,and promote the continuous improvement of the medical quality in the hospital.Evaluation of medical work quality in hospital is an important part of hospital management,so a reasonable evaluation method can improve the quality of medical work,strengthen the core competitiveness of the hospital and promote long-term development.The research results have certain reference value for improving hospital work efficiency,patient satisfaction and clarifying the management direction of hospital managers.
