Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Xingjie Dedumescene Power In The Treatment Of Early Radial Styloid Tenosynovitis

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the detumescence powder of xingjie on patients with early radial stylosynovitis,and to preliminarily explore its clinical significance,so as to provide reliable clinical evidence for further guidance of clinical medication.Methods:A total of 74 patients diagnosed with early radial stylosynovitis were divided into xingji detumescence powder combined with brace fixation group(hereinafter referred to as xingjie detumescence powder group)and Tuina combined with brace fixation group(hereinafter referred to as Tuina group)by non-parallel randomized control method,with 37 cases in each group.Patients in the xingjie detumescence powder group were given external application of xingjie detumescence powder(drug composition: Bile south star 62 g,dragon's blood49 g,the stone calamus 62 g,Saposhnikovia divaricata 62 g,cohosh 62 g,calcined keel 37 g,safflower 62 g,angelica dahurica 62 g,nux vomica 37 g,eupolyphaga 49 g,notopterygium 49 g,zedoary frankincense 62 g,cortex cercis 62 g,dalbergiae odoriferae49 g,myrrh 62 g,and lotus 62 g,cuttlefish bone 62 g),combined with external fixation with brake treatment.The massage group was treated with massage techniques,first rolling the forearm and extensor muscles;then tapping the hands of Sanli,ectopic,Yangxi,Lie and Hegu;along the thumb and extensor muscles,the plucking method,Then the thumb is focused on the stem of the humerus and above and below it.Hold the wrist in one hand and the thumb in the other hand to resist traction,and bend the wrist and dorsiflexion while slowly rotating.Push the Yangxi point,and finally,rub the method with the stem of the tibia as the center.The time is about 20 minutes,and the massage is performed once a day,2 times/week,and the effect is observed for 4 weeks,and the external fixation is combined with the brace.Pain visual analogue scale(VAS),wrist joint activity score(Cooney score),wrist joint activity,and anxiety score(SAS)were compared before and after treatment and at 1 month of treatment to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Relevant clinical data were obtained through various comparison items.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease and occupation between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the effectrate,significant rate and ineffective rate of xingjie detumescence powder group were 61.10%,27.80% and 11.10%,respectively.And the total effective rate was 88.90%.The effective rate,significantefficiency and no efficiency of Tuina group were 31.40%,40.00% and 28.60% respectively,and the total effective rate was71.40%.Comparison of the curative effect between the two groups showed that the curative effect of xingjie detumescence powder group was better than that of the Tuina group(P< 0.05).(2)In terms of clinical efficacy,compared with the control group,after 1 month treatment,VAS score in both groups decreased differently,Cooney wrist score increased significantly,and wrist function improved significantly.SAS score was significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).The VAS score of xingjie detumescence powder was significantly lower than that of Tuina group,and the Cooney score was significantly higher than that of Tuina group.The functional activities of the wrist joint were significantly higher than those in the Tuina group,and the SAS scores were lower than those inthe Tuina group.The differences were statistically.(3)During the treatment,2 patients in the Tuina group were treated with other methods because they could not tolerate the treatment for a long time.In the group of xingjie detumescence powder,1 patient had skin allergy and pruritus during the treatment,so other treatment methods were adoptedand,no adverse reactions occurred in the rest.Conclusion:1.Chinese herbal medicine external application method simple operation,clear curative effect,high patient2.Chinese herbal medicine external application method operated simply,with clear curative effect and high patient acceptance,is a simple and inexpensive treatment.3.Xingjie detumescence powder combined with external fixation for the treatment of radial stylotic stenosing tenosynovitis has a more significant effect than Tuina combined with external fixation for the treatment of tenosynovitis stenosis,and at the same time,it has more advantages in pain relief and anxiety reduction.4.The degree of recovery of patients can be evaluated more objectively by measuring the Angle of wrist movement.
