The Clinical Effect Observation Of Anti-inflammatory Oainment Combined With Diclofenac Diethylamine Emulgel In Treatment Of Narrow Radial Styloid Tenosynovitis

Objective:By observing the clinical effect of Anti-inflammatory Oainment combined with Di clofenac Diethylamine Emulgel in treatment of narrow radial styloid tenosynovitis for the clinical treatment of narrow radial styloid tenosynovitis provides a valid and effec tive method.Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria to ch oose 60 patients with narrow radial styloid tenosynovitis who come from Xiamen TC M Orthopedics department from December 2016 to March 2016.All the patients are randomly divided into control group,experimental group,30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with Diclofenac D iethylamine Emulgel:embrocating Diclofenac Diethylamine Emulgel the affected area 3-4 times during the day.the experimental group were treated with Anti-inflammatory Oainment combined with Diclofenac Diethylamine Emulgel:embrocating Diclofenac Diet hylamine Emulgel the affected area 3-4 times during the day,before going to bed tak ing appropriate Anti-inflammatory Oainment(Zhejiang Kangenbei Pharmacy Limited Lia bility Company)in tissue,thickness of 0.5cm-lcm,on the surface of the affected area,witha bandage bandaged daily 1 time,each time about 12 hours.Both of the 2 group s weretreated for 7 days for 1 course.Using the VAS to evaluate the pain level befor e and after the treatment.After treatment,the patients were evaluated according to t he?Standards for diagnosis and curative effect of Chinese medical symptom?,and the curative effect of the 2 groups were statistically analyzed.All the data of the clinical trials were statistically treated with SPSS 20.0 software package.Results:1.The follow-up records were 83.33%,80.00%and 76.67%in the control group a fter 1 week,1 month and 3 months.The follow-up records were 96.67%,96.67V%and 93.33%,respectively,in the experimental group after 1 week,1 month and 3 months.Th e 2 groups were treated statistically,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.In the VAS score,the difference between the two groups was not statistically si gnificant(P>0.05),which indicated that there was no difference between the two group s;The difference was statistically significant between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),.The VAS score of experimental group 1 week,1 month and 3 months after tre atment was statistically comparable,and no statistically significant difference was foun d in the control group.lt is shown that the combination of analgesic and antiphlogisti c ointment can effectively treat the aseptic inflammatory pain in the radial styloid pr ocess,improve the function of wrist activity,and the long-term efficacy is reliable.Conclusion:Anti-inflammatory Oainment combined with Diclofenac Diethylamine Emulgel can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,improve the cure rate,allevi ate the pain and improve the quality of life of the patients.
