Purpose:By observing the four decoction in the treatment of limb arteriosclerosis occlusion disease clinical efficacy and safety of clear four decoction in the treatment of limb arteriosclerosis occlusion disorder clinical curative effect and clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for limb arteriosclerosis occlusion disease provide new method and theoretical basis,make numerous limb arteriosclerosis occlusion patients benefit,promote the promotion and application of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:A total of 100 patients with limb arteriosclerosis occlusion who met the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and so on were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,50 patients in each group.In the control group,beprost sodium tablets,aspirin tablets and risuvastatin calcium tablets were taken.The observation period was about 28 days,and the clinical symptoms and signs,laboratory test indexes and safety indexes of the patients were evaluated before and after taking the medicine,and the comparison results of the two groups were evaluated.Results:1.There was no significant difference between the two groups in age,gend er,blood pressure,number of diabetic patients and indicators before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.The effective rate in the control group was 57.4%,and that in the treatment group was 79.2%,with statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in either group.After treatment,skin temperature sensation,skin color,pain,ABI score and other aspects were improved in the two groups.There were statistically significant differences before and after treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and statistically significant differences between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The intermittent claudication distance and the remission time of intermittent claudication were improved in both groups,and there were statistical differences before and after treatment in both groups(P<0.05),but no statistical differences between groups after treatment(P >0.05).3.Comparison of adipokine indicators between the two groups: there were statistically significant differences between the adiponectin and leptin groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05),and between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).4.Comparison of vascular endothelial factor indicators between the two groups: no and endothelin groups showed statistically significant differences before and after treatment(P<0.05),while there were statistically significant differences between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).5.Comparison of blood lipid indexes between the two groups: triglycerides,high-density lipoprotein,and low-density lipoprotein groups showed statistical differences before and after treatment(P<0.05),and between groups after treatment(P<0.05);There were statistically significant differences between the total cholesterol group before and after treatment(P<0.05),and no statistically significant differences between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).6.ABI comparison between the two groups: there were statistically significant differences before and after treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and no statistically significant differences between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).7.Comparison of coagulation indexes between the two groups: there was a statistical difference between the fibrinogen group before and after treatment(P<0.05),and no statistical difference between the two groups after treatment(P >0.05).8.Comparison of inflammatory indicators between the two groups: there was a statistical difference between the c-reactive protein group before and after treatment(P<0.05),and no statistical difference between the two groups after treatment(P >0.05).9.Comparison of blood routine and liver and kidney function indicators between the two groups: red blood cells,white blood cells,platelets,hemoglobin,glutamate transaminase,glutamate transaminase,creatinine and urea nitrogen groups showed no statistical difference before and after treatment(P>0.05),and no statistical difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Sini decoction has a significant effect in the treatment of limb arteriosclerosisobliterans.It is effective in improving skin temperature sensation,skin color,pain and ABI.2.Sini decoction has effects on elevating serum adiponectin,promoting the production of NO,lowering serum leptin,and inhibiting the production of ET-1,which further promotes vasodilation.Its effects may be achieved by up-regulating " the activity of nitric oxide(NO)synthetase" and affecting the "endothelin receptor(ETA)-phospholipase C-PKC signaling pathway".Sini decoction has further effects on the lipid metabolism by raising serum adiponectin and lowering serum leptin.3.Sini decoction has good safety in the treatment of limb arteriosclerosis obliterans.No abnormal conditions in blood routine examination,liver function and kidney function.And No abnormal conditions such as gastrointestinal adverse reactions and allergic reactions were found.
