Clinical Efficacy Of Ruanjian Qingmai Granule In The Treatment Of Arteriosclerosis Obliterans Of Limbs

Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy of ruanjian qingmai granules in the treatment of limb arteriosclerosis occlusion with diabetes mellitus or hypertension,the synergistic effect and safety of combined drugs.Methods: 210 cases were randomly numbered.According to the different diagnosis,the cases were divided into the limb arteriosclerosis occlusion group.Limb arteriosclerosis obliterans + diabetes group;Limb arteriosclerosis occlusion + hypertension group.Random number table is used for random allocation.From the date of enrollment,all patients received conventional oral treatment of ruanjian qingmai granules,1 bag twice a day,half an hour after meals,warm water,diet and exercise intervention for the enrolled patients,and maintain the same diet and exercise during the validation period.The biological index,curative index and safety index of each group were observed.The clinical effect of ruanjian qingmai granule in the treatment of arteriosclerosis occlusion of limbs was evaluated.Results: 1.After 8 weeks of treatment,the efficacy score of each group decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).ABI was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the increase of ABI among the three groups.2.At 8 weeks of treatment,the clinical improvement rate of limb arteriosclerosis occlusion was higher than that of hypertension group and diabetes group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.At 8 weeks of treatment,all safety indicators were normal in each group,and the long-term trend of albumin in the diabetes group was lower than that in the other two groups(P=0.05).No significant adverse events were found in all cases.Conclusion: 1.The efficacy of ruanjian qingmai granule in the treatment of limb arteriosclerosis occlusion combined with hypertension and diabetes is indeed effective.2.There is no synergistic effect of ruanjian qingmai granule in the treatment of limb arteriosclerosis occlusion combined with hypertension and diabetes.3.Ruanjian qingmai granules did not cause obvious adverse reactions in the treatment of limb arteriosclerosis occlusion combined with hypertension and diabetes,and the method was safe and reliable.4.Ruanjian Qingmai Granule is superior to diabetes mellitus or hypertension in the treatment of simple arteriosclerosis obliterans of extremities.
