| Objective:The emphasis of this research is on summarizing experiences of my mentor applying TCM therapy on recurrent spontaneous abortion, intervening with the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation while tonifying kidney and regulating menstrual cycle before conception, tonifying kidney and preventing miscarriage after conception, observing clinical effects of this therapy and exploring the interventional effect of TCM on recurrent spontaneous abortion before conception.Method:Select 60 patients who meet the clinical criteria and divide them into two groups at random. For those 30 patients in treatment group, adopt basic treatment, cause treatment and tonifying kidney and regulating menstrual cycle before conception while for those 30 patients in control group, adopt symptomatic treatment of western medicine, such as prescription of tonifying kidney and preventing miscarriage and Progesterone. Observe in both groups the pregnancy success rates, clinical symptom scores before and after therapy, variations on the level of serum E2, P, β-HCG and monitor embryo development with B-ultrasound tests.Result:(1) Clinical comprehensive therapeutic effect:in respect of the overall effective rate, treatment group (90%) is higher than control group (76.67%). The comparison on comprehensive therapeutic effect before and after therapy between two groups shows P<0.05, which bears statistical significance.(2) Symptom integral:the comparison between two groups before therapy shows P>0.05 and the comparison between two groups after therapy shows P>0.05, both of which bear no statistical significance. While the comparison between before and after therapy in both group show P<0.05, both of which bear statistical significance.(3) Level of serum E2:The pairwise comparisons among the level of serum E2 for gestational age about 40,50 and 70 days bear statistical significance. (P<0.01). For gestational age about 40 days, P<0.05, for gestational age about 50 days, P<0.05, and for gestational age about 70 days, P <0.05, which bears statistical significance.(4) Level of serum P:The pairwise comparisons among the level of serum P for gestational age about 40,50 and 70 days bear statistical significance. (P<0.01). The comparison between two groups shows, for gestational age about 40 days, P>0.05 with no statistical significance. For 50 and 70 days, P<0.01 and<0.05 respectively, both bear statistical significance.(5) Level of serum (3-HCG:The pairwise comparisons among level of serum β-HCG for gestational age about 40,50 and 70 day bear statistical significance. (P<0.01). The comparison between two groups shows, for gestational age about 40, P>0.05 with no statistical significance while for 50 and 70 days, P<0.01 and<0.05 respectively, both bear statistical significance.(6) Monitor embryo development with B-ultrasound test:Pairwise comparisons on tl maximum diameters among two groups with gestational age about 40,50 and 70 days show tl differences all bear statistical significance(P<0.05). The comparison between two groups show for gestational age about 40,50 and 70 days, P<0.05 respectively, all bear statistical significanc After treatment, there’re 27 cases of fetal heartbeat and 3 of embryo development termination treatment group while there’re 23 cases of fetal heartbeat and 7 of embryo developme termination in control group.(7) Results of revisit:after 12 weeks of pregnancy, there’re 27 cases of continuing pregnanc and 10 of successful delivery in treatment group while there’re 23 cases of continuing pregnanc and 2 of successful delivery in control group.Conclusion:TCM therapy bears impressive clinical therapeutic effect on recurrei spontaneous abortion with pre-conception conditioning and after-conception miscarriag prevention, which works better than miscarriage prevention only after conception and ca efficiently relieve clinical symptoms of patients and improve their level of serum E2ã€Pã€Î²-HC and promote the embryo development with 90% of success in miscarriage prevention. |
