Observation Of Clinical Curative Effect Pre Training For Early Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion Of Kidney Deficiency Type Based On The Concept Of Preventive Treatment Of Disease

Objective: This study was to provide a new treatment idea and method to prevent and treat the early recurrent spontaneous abortion in Chinese medicine by observing the clinical efficacy of pre training of Bushen Yangjing decoction for early recurrent spontaneous abortion of kidney deficiency type and the results of treatment which were analyzed and evaluated objectively.Methods: The 80 patients collected with early recurrent spontaneous abortion of kidney deficiency type were divided into observation and control groups of 40 people each.The observation group took Bushen Yangjing decoction before pregnancy,taking at least 3 consecutive menstrual cycles,and the control group did not take any drugs before pregnancy.Both groups of patients took Bushen Antai decoction,combined with progesterone injection and human chorionic gonadotropin maternal treatment to pregnancy 12 weeks.The specific dosage and duration of the drug shall be adjusted according to the different pregnancy conditions.To compare the clinical efficacy of two groups,and the efficacy of TCM symptoms after treatment,and embryonic/fetal development,and the levels of serum progesterone(P),serum chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)and estradiol(E2).Observe the difference of pregnancy success rate as well.Results: The study ended up in 63 cases,31 cases in the observation group and 32 cases in the control group.The total success rate of the observation group was 93.55%,the total success rate of the control group was 75.00%,and the efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was93.55%,the effective rate was better than 75.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the two embryonic / fetal development groups after treatment,the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum β-HCG,progesterone(P)and estradiol(E2)growth rate and amplitude of 5th week,6th week and 8th week of pregnancy in the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing serum β-HCG,progesterone(P)and estradiol(E2)10th week of pregnancy,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).In the course of this study,there was no significant adverse reaction in neither group of patients.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Bushen Yangjing decoction in the prevention and treatment of early recurrent spontaneous abortion of kidney deficiency type is more accurate.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,improving the level of reproductive hormones,promoting embryo or fetal growth and development,improving the success rate of fetal preservation,and has no obvious side effects,safe and reliable,which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
