ObjectiveThe aim of this study was to conduct a Meta-analysis of risk factors for VTE after lung cancer surgery.Systematic evaluation and further improvement of risk factors for VTE after lung cancer surgery. To guide clinicians to more effectively assess the risk of VTE in patients. Thus to better identify high-risk patients and provide clinical guidance for the prevention of VTE after lung cancer surgery.MethodsWe searched literature reports on risk factors of VTE after lung cancer surgery published in Pub Med,Embase,CNKI and WFPD databases during the database establishment to December 2019 through the search terms.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the literature, two workers independently evaluated the literature and extracted relevant data.Final data were Meta-analyzed using Rev Man5.3 software.ResultsFinally,1549 related literatures were obtained through systematic retrieval. After the repetitive and non-conforming literatures were removed by reading the literatures,6literatures were included in this study. There were 6 case-control studies,9198 patients in total, including 294 patients with postoperative VTE of lung cancer and 8904 patients without postoperative VTE of lung cancer.Meta analysis showed: The effect of diabetes(OR=1.67,95%CI:[1.16,2.24],P=0.006)?COPD(OR=5.66,95%CI:[1.04,30.69],P=0.04)?surgical procedure(OR=2.22,95%CI:[1.62,3.03],P<0.00001)?time of surgery?90min(OR=4.83,95%CI:[1.86,12.50],P=0.001)?postoperative bed time>72h(OR=2.30,95%CI:[1.30,4.06],P=0.004)?adenocarcinoma(OR=0.55,95%CI:[0.36,0.86],P=0.009)?pathological staging III+IV(OR=3.14,95%CI:[1.73,5.69],P=0.0002)?preoperative PLT(OR=6.80,95%CI:[2.74,10.87],P=0.001)?preoperative D-dimer(OR=0.10,95%CI:[0.07,0.13],P<0.00001)VTE after postoperative Lung Cancer were statistically significant.ConclusionDiabetes?COPD?thoracotomy?time of surgery?90min?postoperative bed time>72h?adenocarcinoma?pathological staging III+IV?preoperative PLT?preoperative D-dimer are the risk factors for VTE after lung cancer surgery. In clinical work,we should pay attention to the related risk factors of VTE after lung cancer surgery,in order to reduce its incidence...
