Objective:To identify specific risk factors and differences in patients who have cancer-associated incident VTE.Methods:we used patients with lung cancer associated incident VTE,2005-2016(cases;n=63)and 2 patients with lung cancer matched to each case on age, sex, race, date and duration of lung cancer without venous thromboembolism(controls;n=126)in First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University.Using conditional logistic regression,we examine risk factors in lung cancer associatied with VTE.Results:In lung cancer associated VTE cases were higher of WBC and D-dimer(P<0.05),were significantly lower of hemoglobin, arterial oxygen tension and albumin(P<0.05).Multivariable analysis in conditional logistic regression model show that pericardium metastasis(OR=6.52,95%CI:1.13~37.48),chemotherapy(OR=3.45,95%CI:1.11~10.76),WBC>11x109/L(OR=3.75,95%CI:1.06~13.2),PO2<80mm Hg(OR=4.08,95%CI:1.34~12.42),D-dimer>500ng/ml(OR=21.67,95%CI:5.81~80.82)were independent ly associated with VTE.Conclusion:Pericardiummetastasis,Chemotherapy,WBC>11x109/L,PO2<80mmHg,D-dimer>500ng/ml are independent risk factors for incident VTE in lung cancer patients.
