With the development of the society,virtual reality technology has gained more and more recognition,and the demand for this technology is increasingly strong in all walks of life.In medical application,the virtual operation system realizes the operation simulation by computer.Virtual surgery can not only reduce the cost of surgical training,ensure the safety of surgery,but also play a great role in training talents in this field.Based on the soft tissue modeling and reconstruction of the virtual surgical system,this paper takes the human soft tissue as the research object to deeply study the establishment,deformation and cutting simulation of soft tissue model.The main work is as follows:First of all,the introduction and analysis of traditional particle spring model system,mainly introduced the traditional three types of spring of a particle and its deformation features,traditional particle spring follow Newton's law of force analysis,including the internal and external force analysis,the deformation process of several numerical integration are introduced and analysed,the paper chooses suitable experimental conditions of numerical integral,lay the foundation for modeling.Then,in view of the traditional particle spring model is easy to produce the problem such as "distortion","super bomb",at the same time in order to improve the stability of the particle spring model and computational efficiency,in this paper the topological structure of traditional particle spring model was improved,puts forward a new kind of hexagonal topology particle spring model to simulate the object deformation simulation.The experimental results show that the regular hexagon topology can effectively avoid the distortion and hyperelasticity of the particle spring model,and the deformation stability and calculation efficiency of the model can be significantly improved.Finally,the simulation of soft tissue cutting is studied deeply.Based on the classical octree structure,a hybrid structure model of quadtree and depth detection is proposed to quickly detect the cutting points.On the basis of the model,thesimplified cutting tool is presented as a straight line,and the cutting path is determined by calculating the intersection point between the straight line and the triangular face of the mesh model of the object being cut.Based on the cutting path,the quadratic Bessel curve was used to draw the wound.Moreover,the simulation experiment of cutting was carried out on the soft tissue model.In the whole process,the wound cutting effect with a high degree of simulation was realized under the requirement of real-time performance of the system.
