With the development of science and technology, virtual reality technology has been an increasing number of practical applications. In medical applications, through the use of virtual surgery system combines computer and other equipment virtual surgery simulation training can not only reduce the cost of the surgery, but also in reducing the risk of surgery, training of medical personnel and other aspects play a broader role. From the virtual surgery system modeling and reconstruction of soft tissue starting to minimally invasive surgery virtual human soft tissue for the study, in-depth study for the establishment of a shape model, deformation and cutting simulation, the main work is as follows:Firstly, the pros and cons of the existing variety of geometric and physical modeling method to compare their respective advantages and disadvantages, and laid the foundation for the modeling of this article. When the geometric model for image segmentation efficiency is low, the accuracy is not high, proposed the use of Amira software using automatic segmentation with manual segmentation combining automatic segmentation inherit details manually segmented way to get a high-fidelity human soft tissue geometry. Mathematical basis for the particle-spring model to analyze the mathematical process of deformation, established in line with the requirements of program design data structures.Secondly, the problem for arbitrary mass spring model parameters determined, innovative process using genetic algorithm is proposed to determine the mass spring model parameters. Genetic algorithm, using simulation with reference strain deformation difference between the size of the fitness function of the model parameters to obtain the approximate optimal solution for accurate reproduction of the actual effect of the mass spring deformation deformation model.Finally, the paper cutting aspects of virtual surgery were studied.
